I have tried breakfast tacos here about 3 times. The orders were either wrong or ingredients in the tacos were old and dry. Had... a flour tortilla that was so undercooked you could smell the raw flour. Do yourself a favor and don't go there for breakfasttacos especially tacos for takeout! Disgusting and a waste of money! We have been going to Sarita?s for many years. Today I was very disappointed. The food was delicious, as always. The staff... was very disappointing. Not friendly, speaking where none of us could hear. No smiles, no personality in any of the employees. 3 females hanging at the cash register talking among themselves. Employees make a big difference if people continue to enjoyyour restaurant. Smiles and small talk, please, thank you, etc. it might be time for a staff meeting. Read more

Food was good. Waiter was a douche and pretty negligent. He let all of our drinks empty and didn?t get my order correct. It... would have been excusable as it was busy but he was very rude and I felt like we were inconveniencing him. Live music was niceand not crazy loud. Read more

I came in and was not greeted by anyone at the counter. I was told from a distance to go ahead and have a seat and when I sat... down the lady came and asked me what I wanted to drink, But by then I already knew what I wanted to drink and I was ready toorder as well. The food came fairly quick and looked amazing. It tasted great as well. I was happy with the meal overall.Although I feel like they lacked in one area, that could have made my experience here that much greater. Customer service, Isaw the waitress once when I ordered, second, when she delivered my food. I finished my water and timed to see how long it wouldtake to get a refill. I clocked in over 10 minutes and still had not got a refill. When I ask for the check she said yes as shewas walking and continue to walk past me. All in all the food was amazing but the customer service is lacking. Maybe it wouldbe better if you came in a group, But if you go by yourself, hopefully you get better service than I did. Read more

You know when a restaurant is very busy, there is always one table that gets overlooked... well it was ours. I was with my... friend whom is a frequent patron. She was surprised we had no server for a while. Food was good. I will go again. I just hopethe service is equally favorable to us next time, as it is for their other patrons. Read more

This place was on our list to try and I am glad we did. It is very spacious, well decorated and impeccably clean! The food... arrived quickly and our order was accurate. We got the shrimp tacos and mole enchiladas. Both were very tasty and the mole hadthe right amount of spiciness. Not sure who our waiter was but thoroughly impressed with his ability to take orders frommultiple tables without writing them down and getting them all 100 accurate. Also, it was clear there were many regulars diningthere. This speaks volumes to their reputation. IF I were going to find something to complain about, it would be the dinnerprice of entrees but inflation isn?t a myth. Everyone is feeling the sting of most everything costing 30% more.
