Wow!! Just found my favorite mole plate ever! We ordered Chicken Enchiladas with Mole sauce delivered. The chicken was tender... and falling apart. The Mole sauce was perfectly spiced, not too spicy. It left the mouth pleasantly warm. The rice was perfectlyspiced as well, not dried out, full of flavor. But...those beans...the best refried beans I've ever had! We came to eat and waited for more than 30 minutes and 15 to be seated and another 20 to get our drinks. The server was very... slow people that came after us were eating first as we sat and waited with the kids. Ate 2 baskets of tortilla chips and stillNo Food. The beans had a sour taste, rice tasted a bit sweet, chicken enchiladas need more flavor. Second time being here andthey've disappointed me once again. Read more

Running down Fred. for an errand or two we remembered that Sarita's was a newer tenant there and we were past ready for an... enchilada run. The usual introductory chips and salsa as the restaurant welcome wagon was a little wobbly with store boughtchips. Further out of balance was the use of these chips for the nachos which produced a leathery triangle of petrifiedcorn. The broken spoke came when the meals were served at the same time as the nachos. Apparently an appetizer has a differentmeal sequence in different resteraunts. It's simultaneous with the meal here though the item was selected from the menu appcategory. I was happy with my cheese enchilada plate though the black pepper tasting red sauce had my wife in a tongue scaldedtizzy. Flautas replaced the pepperlottas and were acceptable, but the initial damage was no longer recoverable for my companioncritic. Service was superb. The food was delicious. OMG! Spinach enchiladas... Wow! The restaurant was super clean and beautiful.

First of all, i love the atmosphere and the beautiful decorations everywhere. It has a bar in the middle of it all. The food is... delicious. I went twice for breakfast and for lunch and both plates were amazing and filled with delicious flavors. Greatprices. The coffee was nice. The waiter, amazing and attentive to my needs. I really recommend this place if you want to catch aquick bite. I recommend the rancheros eggs and the meat stew. You gotta go here. And, the bathrooms are cleaned and neat. Randomly chose this place on Fredericksburg Rd. In the mood for Mexican food. Pleasantly surprised by this place. Great food,... good drinks, great staff, clean tables and overall a COVID conscious place. I had the Lunch: Cheese Enchiladas and Lunch:Beef Enchiladas. At 2:00 PM the place was not busy but had a moderate crowd. They also had a bar but we did not get any drinks.I saw a few Margaritas going around and they sure looked tasty but I was tired and the only driver who could get us home. Well I attended to " test ", myself out with a MARGARITA, no draft beer or anything else. Not even a plate....IT was so BIG the... margarita glass? I actually went inside Sarita's as a general laborer with unfair wages, etc.A man server asked me if I wantedHappy Hour??? So I was confused: didn't know what time happy hour was. Unusual at a restaurant. Not a strip club, BAR, and/ or aCLUB. SO I UNDERSTAND that this server just associated himself with an attentive grief. Sarita's Mexican restaurant has no timeor hours of happy hour. I'm guessing they choose to on server time. Oh yeah, when I finished drinking the margarita. I wasn'teven " alcohol - buzzing ". Why? Who knows. I don't know. Also the margarita I drank was charged a unfair price of $ 12.99.onecup. I understand it was too pricey. Not normal happy hour. L.O.L. The place is nice was slow n quite. The food was good nothing to say had a "Wow" factor. As you can see in the pic they dont... even fill your plate. Why have a big plate if there not going to use it all. Sad how they short change you on food you pay for.Only cause I had my sister at a doctor's appointment. This isn't a place I'd visit again. The worst part is the manager lovedgoing asking everybody how they were doing and the food was but when he heard someone didn't get a order right he told thewaitress to fix it and went to hide in the back.
