Used to be the best place for cucumbers and Piccadilly?s and just about any snack you want. Now you go they never have anything... anymore. They have not chili and cheese for frito pie or nachos for almost two months at least. No sausage for wraps. Nocucumbers anymore. It?s like they just do not want to make anything anymore. My family and I have been going to brain freeze for as long as I can remember, very frequently even, but have lost our business.... Very horrible customer service. The worst. We've been pretty tolerant after receiving bad customer service 3 times before whereour orders were wrong, missing extras that we pay a pretty penny for. I understand that all businesses change and grow but youguys are capable of doing WAY better than this. Read more
The Mangonadas at this location are the best! Its even better when the kitchen is opened and you order those perfect mozzerella... sticks! The staff is perfect, great selection of drinks ranging from your basic shaved ice, to of course mangonadas to alcoholicbeverages! I love this place! It gets busy but they always keep their cool! If I could give them a lower score I would. I'm all for trying new snack places. This place always seems busy so decided to give... it a try. First time here, and will definitely be my last. The employee who took my order got it wrong. Then up charged me forHIS MISTAKE, has the audacity to give me an attitude like it's my fault. Then we my family and I waited a whole 25 minutes forour order. Another employee brought out our order and the employee who messed up my order yells at this employee telling him tome us leave. I've been in customer service for years and when an employee makes a mistake we fix the problem no questions asked.I would rather spend my money right up the street at Chris and Kids they're product is far better and they're customer serviceis worth five stars. Their snacks are amazing and yes I always go back because they are good and not pricey at all, but what I dislike is that most... of the time they are out of a lot of products. Other than that love it here. Read more
