Always out of something. Even when have specials, they make it sloppy. And always saying only taking orders in drive thru.... When you can clearly see the screens working. It's like they don't care there. I have to drive to valley hi for better serviceand product. They need new management there. Read more
Very disappointed in the food here, was very poorly prepared very bad after tast to the bacon cheese burger and tots ended up... throwing them away, the chicken sandwich was good along with the strips were good though. Received drinks and chocolate Sundaysfirst, then had to wait 38 minutes for rest of order so yes they were melted by time food was ready. Will not recommend norgoback to this location again. This Sonic has gone down over the years. Service in general has gone down. No stalls to order thru, they always say drive thru... only then take for ever to get your order. And when they do get to you, speaker is like set on the lowest volume. They might beshort staffed but thats not an excuse to let a franchise go down like that. Owner or managers need to figure something outbefore they close like the Burger King that use to be next to them years ago. Read more
Was good, Food took a while to come out, but seemed short staffed, but only 3 stars due to my burger was cold, and i got Onion... Rings looked and WERE Overdone,....other then that Food is still good and course SLUSHE'S are still Great ???? ???? Think theslush was the Best thing in my meal ha unfortunately, but AGAIN still a decent place maybe just the location? To Each their own???? Read more
I dont think I will get food here again at this location. My son could not eat his jumbo popcorn chicken becuase they were not... cooked. They were raw and had an awful smell. I almost threw up becuase my chicken sandwich was raw and hard in the middle. Iguess the only thing good here are the slushies and ice cream. Read more
I ordered online yesterday. They took 20 minutes for my order to come out. Tator tots were not hot....warm cold. My burger... looked like they just drenched it with mayo. Bread was soggy. Very disappointed. Disgusting. Last time I visit this location.More training needed. Read more
The place is unsanitary. They do not have any variety of the food they offer her because they ?ran out? we tried to order a... couple of items but did not have anything. Dirty walls and slow at getting our drinks. We have been waiting more then 10 minutesjust for 2 drinks. Ridiculous!!! Also Powerade does not go with breakfast!!!! Read more
This is my third visit in the last two weeks and I continue to have the same experience. My order is taken correctly, but not... given to me correctly. The young woman at the window is very unkind. Unfortunately, I let it slide the first time because I knowwe all have bad days, but I received the same terrible customer service from her on all of my visits. I'll take the extra fiveminute drive to the sonic on Valley Hi Dr moving forward. Read more
