Waited 40 minutes for an order ahead order. After the screen said someone was on the way. No one. Then carhop comes with our ice... and had no idea our previous order was not delivered. Also gave us the total for the bag of ice as if we needed to pay, again.Runs back in to grab our first order and comes right back out. All the ice cream was melted. This place needs more employees forsure. Two stars for the friendly carhop and the kid working his butt off inside. Read more
Ordered a number 12 and I got different chicken with a slight drizzle of sauce, but no fork though. I know this is not what a... #12 is. Atleast my kids got their kids meals right. Wife wasn't pleased to get no ranch with her meal. Read more
Simply put the food is not fresh. No care is put in the preparation of the food. I swear the grease is old and change... constantly. The items safe are the slushes and shakes. More attention to detail is needed for food preparation. I would ask youremployees "would you eat this if I service this food to you." Read more

Food was fine. Ordered through the app and waited about 9 minutes to be told my order was on its way. 5 minutes later, I hit... the red button to see where my order was, and the person asked me what I wanted to order as if I was a new customer. I askedwhere my meal was and was told that they were out of sweet tea and to pick something else for my drink (was this the holdup?). I changed my drink order, and was told it would be right out. 5 minutes later, a server walked by to drop off another order(drove in as I was changing my drink), and I had to ask him where my order was. He ran to check and a few minutes later, cameout with it. I can at least say he was apologetic and pleasant to speak to. I'm not one to write a really bad review unlessit's warranted, but to waste 25 minutes for an order that should have taken 6-8 minutes is ridiculous. Went today and ordered a texas toaster sausage egg and cheese sandwich and it made me sick!! I guess you shouldn?t order... breakfast during the day here, I don?t know what they did to it and I?m afraid to ask! My brother and nephew got sick from herealso!
