They really need to clean their grills. While the young lady that brought our food out was kind, it didn’t make up for the... food. Ordered an egg and cheese burrito and it had black chunks folded in throughout the eggs..which I thought might have beenbutter but was definitely not. There was also black strands of hair in my food that I know didn’t come from my blonde hair.I’m would also like to mention the tater tots tasted like straight up grease. Just had the best customer service experience ever! Tatyana was my carhop and she was so nice and very professional. My cookie... dough blast however, was terrible! It was literally vanilla ice cream with a tablespoon of small cookie dough pieces on top.Nothing mixed in! I was the only car in the drive thru as well. I will definitely not be ordering that again. What a waste of $4and a huge disappointment. Do better Sonic! Read more
Visited this location at 715pm on 10 February 2022. I ordered several things but one was a patty melt. I asked for no onions... and only 1 slice of cheese. My burger ended up having onions on it. I checked my receipt to make sure and it was correct (noonions) on the receipt. Whoever is preparing the food in the back should be mindful of the details in an order. You never knowwho is allergic to a certain food item such as myself. Glad I checked my food before I bit into it. Please do better atpreparing customers food the way they asked in their order. Tonight wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t great either. I ordered two sweet and tangy cheeseburgers for my wife and I, no... lettuce, add tomato. My wife couldn’t finish hers because the onions were raw and the burger was tough and didn’t tastefresh. My burger was the same and my Oreo blast only had Oreos on top and barely any throughout. I'm a peanut butter crazy and Sonic has the best Reesies peanut butter blast I've ever found. Yummm!
