Mmmm it was ok, had 2 number ones, 1 with tater tots and one with onion rings, the burgers and the tater tots were cold, the... buns on the burgers were a little hard. We ate them we were hungry and didn't want to send them back with fear they might dosomething to the burgers. Anyways probably won't stop here or any other sonic any more thanks for caring. Went through drive through around 1:30pm today and placed an order was advised they no longer have the red bull slushes...no... biggie...waited in line for over 10 minutes to be told at the window I did not speak to anyone and they don't have an order fromme. So I just went to Whataburger to where I could be provided with GOOD customer service. I would give this location 0 startsif I could. Read more

Ordered on the app and never got my food. Waited 15 minutes pressed the red button no one ever answered. Went to drive thru... hoping I'd have luck there but that was also taking too long. I was on a time restraint as i was on lunch break for work so Ihad to leave. Overall was there about 25 minutes and never got my food. Read more

Literal trash. We stayed pressing the button for far longer than we should have because any normal person would have just left.... Only to have someone come out and yell something from across the parking lot.YELL. Not come to our truck and tell us, hey, thisbox isn't working. She screamed across the whole lot as if we were supposed to hear her or know she was talking to us. We turnedand my friend said, was she talking to us? I said i don't know. I don't even know what she said. Maybe she was talking about thebox????????????????????????? So we move boxes and try this again. We had to repeat the order about 4 times bc, well who knowswhy. And AFTER taking the order the girl decides to tell us that they have no buns. Forever and a day later we get the food. Nonapkins. No fork. No marinara. No straws. We buzz again to ask for the missing items and are met with attitude from the guy whoanswered. The girl brings 1 marinara and ranch. Not what i asked for. No straws. No fork. 2 napkins. The only reason I rated it one was because zero wasn?t an option. Just have to say that these people were very disrespectful to... my family and I and went as far to threaten us by calling the cops. I arrived at 10:30pm and waited about 10 mins or so at thespeaker to order and I saw this lady walk out look at us and went back inside. We eventually just drove up and continuedwaiting. When we finally reached the window the lady who happened to be the manager tells us that we have to go around againcause they can?t take our order at the window after waiting in line for almost half an hr. It?s already almost 11 and we toldher we had been waiting awhile and just wanted to order the coney hotdog. She continued with the we have to go around talk andslams closed the drive thru window. Tried to get her attention and she continued to ignore us. The guy in green threatens us ifwe don?t move he will call the cops. And also just closes the window like we weren?t there. We literally drove up because no onewas answering the speaker and we are the ones getting attitude? I just pulled a 13hr shift at a fine dining restaurant. I knowy?all are busy and I understand being understaffed but it is still unnecessary to treat customers like this. I know it?sstressing but now I?m taking my hr drive home without eating anything cause everything on my way home most likely closes at 11and wasted my time trying to get some food with y?all. My whole burger was burnt. From the bun to the crumpled bacon to the chicken patty. I couldn?t even bite through it from being... that stiff and dry. The whole patty was old and inedible.
