Ordered online for a stall pick up. Waited about ten minutes no biggie. carhop literally did not speak when dropping off the... order. Random cold fries in w the mozz sticks. Ordered blasts and got super melted shakes. When we rang to request a change gottold to go to drive. In drive waited a while for some one to speak to us got told they can?t do the blasts so what do we want,we wanted $ back got told to go up to window. At the window waited a while for someone to come up. Requested refund for thethird time. Guy said he?s going to do refund and to wait for receipt. Got a piece of paper with handwriting of a name and adifferent price then what was supposed to be refunded? bc he couldn?t print a receipt?(it was card of course so we have to waitto see if it was done) There were only like three cars and a feeewww people inside, so it?s not like they were slammed. This is the worse place ever! I have NEVER had a good experience at this Sonic EVER only reason we went cuz my bf wanted this... but they can never get an order right! Took 50 minutes and me having to ask for our order to get it and not even right! Callingdistrict manager AGAIN tomorrow! Read more

Last night, through DoorDash, I ordered TWO SuperSonic Breakfast Burritos which were SUPPOSED to come with egg, sausage, onion,... tomato, tater tots and cheddar cheese. NEITHER ONE of them had the onion, tomato, tater tots or sausage, but did include thebacon I asked for. DoorDash made it right, but I tried calling Sonic. "BUSY" (REALLY?). I tried contacting them on their websiteusing the "contact us" link which kept telling me "error". I wanted to leave some feedback. I paid $18.55 for my order, whichincluded the DoorDash fees. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED in Sonic. There goes ANOTHER fast-food place I won't be going to back to. Read more

Online/app ordering is usually off. I've been about 3 times in the past 6 months and they never have onion rings. When i do... order ahead if they're out of anything they avoid having to say they're out of anything and just give the order as is, be sureto check it! And a few other small annoyances that make me avoid this location. Read more

Worst sonic to go too. That?s why I go to the other side of town to order but the one time that I go to this location they are... out of everything. We order a slush but they don?t have anything to make it , then we order a float that just came out but yetthey don?t have ice cream. The service was good here. My order was correct and they read it back to you, for verification. If you go after 5pm, expect to... wait over 15min in the drive thru. They are short on help so be patient. I recommend the popcorn chicken, it's delicious and notridiculously over fried. Read more

Employees are unprofessional and lazy. They ignore the drive thru. Then I go to a stall and have been waiting for over 10... minutes with no response. It is a online order, service is supposed to be fast but the employees are hiding and shirking theirjob responsibilities. Edit: I left after 20 minutes of waiting. The employees went from talking outside to hiding insidewithout helping any of the customers currently waiting. There were two other cars in stalls who also left without being helpedleaving their parking lot empty. This location must not care about making money. Management needs to get on their lazy workers. Sonic usually takes a while to get your order to you but the food is usually good and service is nice.
