Placed online order. Still waited 30 mins to get food. Food was cold and two burgers weren?t made correctly. I was missing my... wacky pack. Their excuse was someone place an order in the drive through line for 12 burgers. My food was cold, so it wasobviously already made. Why couldn?t they bring it out to me? Then when I asked for the manager I was told she was in therestroom and I was given attitude when I asked for her the second time. Waited over 45 mins for my order, saw numerous cars drive off without service or food during this time. Food was cold when... received, I was also given churros with no cinnamon sugar?? Just plain overcooked dough. When we notified the employee thechurros were missing the cinnamon sugar she said "sonic doesn't put cinnamon sugar on them because people may be allergic "Ummmmm, Girl, WHAT?! People may be allergic to anything on the menu, why would you advertise for something and then serve itdifferently when it isn't requested to be altered?? The quality of the milkshakes were 100% good, and the employee I had contact with was very friendly considering they were... working hard!!!!! The reason I gave only 4 stars is because none of the stalls were opened and only the drive through was beingused. It took my dad and I around 40 minutes to order and receive our milkshakes. It was great that they didn't make them untilwe had gotten to the window so they weren't melted. There were approximately 10 cars ahead of us so it was a lot of gas used upfor the vehicle to be in line. Other than that small detail, everything was great! ???? Read more

I was trying to place an order and the monitor didn't work, went to another was waiting, then the manager sent out an employee... to tell me to stop jumping around pressing all the buttons. I responded by telling the employee "Well, if you're manager wantedto avoid that type of issue they should stamp the monitors that are not working". Then as we're waiting 35mins. For our food,I'm seeing other customers getting their orders wrong as well. I understand that it may not be the fault the employees, but ifthat's the case the Manager needs to step up and say something because there are customers that don't have the patience and willrain hell on these employees. I do t know how this place is still in business. The service here is awful. And I mean awful as in non existent. Half the stalls... don?t work. Takes 10 minutes to get your order taken. Then food doesn?t show up for 20 minutes. Then you find out no oneactually rang up your order. I won?t be back. Read more

Slowest staff ever and food is almost always undercooked. Specifically, the buns are basically soggy dough. And the wait is... never less than 15 minutes for one order, and is often upwards of 20-25 minutes... not exaggerating. Not sure why I keep tryingthere. Read more

Do not go here unless you want to waste an hour of your time. I ordered through the app at 5:40, got to the physical location at... 6 and didn't get my 2 waters and a tea till 6:35. The cup my tea is in is covered in sticky tea and they didn't even put ice inmy drinks so they're all warm. Manager didn't even apologize for the hour long wait. I'm not usually a Karen but that wasridiculous. This location is also the location that a twist tie ended up in a burger I got last year so that's also a thing. Read more

Ordered through the app. I got there & checked in....STILL HAD TO WAIT 40 MINUTES FOR MY FOOD. When they finally brought me my... food it was cold. I let them know but they refused to take my food back because "they were too busy for that " is what Iwastold. I quickly called corporate because 1) it shouldn't take 40 minutes to make a chili dog combo AND 2) they shouldn't refuseto give a customer hot food.
