Went by about 900pm was not very busy. I parked and got out and we went to sit at the couple of tables you can eat at. I placed... my order at the walk up kiosk right next to the table. About 30 mins passes and one of the employees asks if I was parked at oneof the kiosks on the other side of the parking lot. I said no, I'm parked on the other side. We had ordered at the walk upkiosk. I repeated the order, he said no, and walked back inside. A few minutes after that employee comes out with food and saidour order came in on a different kiosk and they could figure out who's food it was. They handed me the food and went backinside. Food was stone cold. It had been sitting for a while. To top that off both the food and drink tasted like some kind ofcleaner. Like the food absorbed the taste of bathroom cleaner and my drink tasted like some kind of cleaner. I just threweverything in the trash and left. Never will I go back to this location. Read more

One of the worst experiences ever? Today I went to sonic and ordered a mini blast with extra Oreo and a medium blue coconut... slush with bursting bubbles. The wait took 45 minutes and there had to be only 4-5 other cars. When I got my food they did notbring a spoon or a straw. I asked for a spoon and straw and our carhop seemed annoyed and was reluctant to grab then. I take alook at my blast and it had no Oreos in it at all. I had very politely told the girl if she could just put some Oreos on top ofthe blast she flat out said ?no.? Then my brother told me that there were no bubbles in his slush. I called over the manager andI explained the situation. I showed him the slush and stirred it around in front of him so he could see there was no bubbles. Heresponded ?well I put them in there? I said ?sir but I?m stirring it in front of us and I haven?t seen one.? I also did the samewith my blast and he said the same thing. I just asked him if he could just bring us a cup with Oreos and with the bubbles so hedidn?t have to remake it. He said ?no because I put them in there.? I then just asked for my refund and he didn?t give me arefund. So once again manager and carhop was extremely rude and had no sense of customer service at all. I already have lowexpectations for sonic but this is past low expectations. They didn?t even give me what I had paid for. This is not the firsttime I had problems with this sonic and with how rude the workers are? I hope this gets resolved because this sonic lost me as along time customer? I have been coming to this sonic for years now but I?m not coming back for a long time, especially if thisgoes unresolved. Read more

Super disappointed. We tried to sit outside and order but the screens weren't working. So we ordered off a drive up screen and... told them we were sitting outside. They said cash only right now (which was fine). But 1 girl was running food out and they keptgetting the orders wrong. She had to double check with us twice what our order was. People were leaving before us that orderedafter us. We waited 30 mins before we left. If we go back it'll be through the drive thru (maybe their orders were right) Read more

Worst service. Ordered a blast before I got to the restaurant, had me waiting 30 minutes for a pick up. Meanwhile a employee is... in the drive thru just standing there drinking a sonic drink. The other employee walking back into the store texting afterdelivering food to a customer. This is by far the worst sonic I?ve been to. Needs new management and employees. I was so excited to try the new Fried pickles from sonic. So I went for lunch and ordered them. The wait wasn't too bad, when I... received my order I didn't check it right away and drove home to eat at home with my daughter. Once home and I opened up the badthese are what I recieved.... over cooked in one big ball stuck together pickles.... I was so disappointed, I also ordered somepopcorn chicken which was also a bit over cooked. I understand people are short staffed but there are no excuses to givecustomers food like this. DEAR SONIC.... ARE YOU MISSING A SCOOP?? First of all, the wait was very long. About 20 minutes in the drive thru. I had a... rather large order so I was understanding. The shocker was when I got home and realized they left their scoop in my Route 44limeade!! I only found this out AFTER I finished the entire drink and opened it to eat the strawberries and my favorite crushedice when I realized there was a scoop in the cup. Not cool. Read more
