As far as today, they're only taking Drive-thru orders, which would've been nice to know I sat there at the stall for 15 mins... after ordering through the app. The drive-thru wait was long and they ran out of half of my order. The employee tried to behelpful by giving extra food to equal my receipt (which that employee would be the only reason I'd give this sonic astar.) Obviously this place is short staffed, but the owners should know by know from all the reviews. Read more
Very dissatisfied as the management there is very rude. I asked her a question and she answered disrespectfully. the... employees are nicer. no wonder you can't keep employees management is very disrespectful. I'm sure they don't respect theiremployees either never going back to this location again. Manager needs to learn how to respect people especially customers orshe needs to get a different job. First and last time I?m going to this sonic. If I was able to give no stars I would. MOD Becky Which I?m hoping is her name, had... the worst attitude when I asked to have my slush remade. I had to order from the drive thru bc employees weren?t answering fromthe intercoms. They didn?t give me my receipt since I was asking for corporate number. I had to wait 45 mins to get a receipt,name of MOD, and corporate number from an employee that was new and about to clock in. The MOD refused to talk to me. I wasknocking on the doors and windows of the drive thru and nobody wasn?t attending to me when I had already asked for the receiptfrom the MOD prior to the new employee coming in. The MOD Becky argued with me when I approached her and asked for my receiptand refund. The MOD was very unprofessional and doesn?t need to be in management the way she handled my very small situationthat turned big. They were very rude. They had zero customer service skills. I ordered chesse sticks and instead of asking what I meant the guy... mocked me and said they were called mozzarella sticks. Then I ordered 4 corn dogs and he said not 1 but you want 1234 corn dogs.Then after every thing he kept saying is that it, is that it? If I could give zero stars I would. On Sunday afternoon I ordered a drink in a delivery stall after a long hike. A woman was... running in & out delivering the food, pretty sure she was the manager. I heard her say she was the only one working that day.After waiting almost an hour watching her bring food to other cars & people leave the drive through we left, without my drink.I was NOT happy. I understand being understaffed, but at that point you should just close. There were lots of other cars who didthe same. Pretty sure they lost a lot of business & dedicated customers that day. Got some really burnt food today and the employee walked away without giving us a receipt. We waited a long time and after... receiving our food we drove off. We opened our food to be disappointed with little black flakes in every item we ordered. Wetried eating it, but it's not eatable. Very disappointed, wish we could get our money back.
