If I could give no stars I would. The manager is HORRIBLE. She?s rude and doesn?t know how to run a franchise clearly. You know... why there?s always a long line? Because all the workers are slow and incompetent. The manager allows it and clearly doesn?t careabout the business. I can?t wait to see some change for this location because it?s disgusting and I hope businesses does downbecause they don?t deserve our hard earned money. Cold food. Stale fries. Old Pattie?s. Just went, spent like 45 mins in the drive thru just for them to get my order wrong and the fries they gave us tastes old and... stale, literally as if the fries were sitting under a heat lamp all day. I wish I could get a refund but of course they don?teven answer their phone when u call to complain. Read more
Worst Sonic that I?ve been to in San Antonio. Spent 45 mins in the drive thru (at the speaker) was told I?ll be right with you... when I can. After 20 mins said (HELLO) was told ?we?re understaffed, I?ll be with you when I can. Then someone came out the backdoor and said drive up they?ll take ur order at the window. Passed the speaker to see nobody in line. So basically serveeveryone who ordered before taking anymore orders. Anybody familiar with this area, Sonic on Roosevelt is 100 times better. Read more
There?s one manager who when she is working everything is great. Otherwise the service and wait times here are horrible. I... drove up was greeted at the ordering menu with ?I?ll be right with you? ? 20min later ? still waiting. Drive off and literallysee a girl standing at the drive up window doing absolutely nothing! Ordered $45 dollars worth of food through doordash. When our driver arrived, he was told the systems were down and they weren't... accepting any orders. When systems came back up, our driver delivered our food. However, majority of it was missing-understandable. What's not acceptable was the presentation of the food. Received the footlong coney with tator tots. The totswere just thrown and the coney literally had two slices of cheese placed on top of the chili. The chili looked like it had beenleft out all day to dry up. Mind you, it was also cold. We will never order from there again! Read more
This place is horrible. I ordered a small cookie dough blast and they gave me a cup of vanilla ice cream with a dime sized... cookie dough that was hidden in the vanilla (looked nothing like advertised or what others have received from differentlocations). Also ordered chicken tenders. The tenders were burned, dry, and jerky consistency. They even had a fishy flavor,completely disgusting. Not to mention, the wait time was ridiculous over here.
