I sat in the dirve through for 15 minutes behind 2 cars, I then proceeded to a bay to make it smoother with my yelling kids in... the car. I sat there for another 15 minutes after pushing the red button. The staff got on the microphone to rudely announcewith a bad attitude that they are drive through only. I decided to be calm and go back to the drive through. I got the the boxwithin 5 minutes with a incredibly rude women at 1920 on 26 Oct 22 to say "I'm closing now because I don't have the staff". As afellow employeed woman I understand the difficulty of rough manning but her poor and disrespectful tone was absolutelyunnecessary as I clearly had two angry and upset small children and went far out of my way to be patient to her poor initiativeto simply close screens or put out signs or just simply walk to cars and calmly explain. If I could give it - stars I would. Their customer service is not good. I waited 20 minutes at the window and still no person... came to the window. They play around in the main area and don?t let you know they have your order. You can hear them hacklinginside; weird. Sad. This place should be inspected for sanitation and other things. Literally no one else was there. Should havebeen the sign. Read more

This Sonic Drive-In, located on Austin Highway across from Wal-Mart, is my neighborhood Sonic. Whenever I've ordered food from... here in the past, it has been cooked right, and generally came out fast. The servers who come out to bring me my order alwaysseem kind and friendly. However, after a brief hiatus from stopping in, I was lured into ordering on the new Sonic App, whichfeatures lots of great deals, and is quite a convenience for ordering ahead. This led to me discovering that as of late thisparticular location has a habit of closing early, and I don't mean a few minutes, but sometimes an hour or more. In the pasttwo weeks, both of my orders online led me to arriving to a closed location. At least on the last occasion, somebody had thecourtesy to come out and tell me that they had a "family emergency". I'm willing to overlook this, since...emergencies occur. So I thought I'd give it another try, and this time, I didn't get more of an explanation then somebody coming on the speakertelling me they had just closed and then them ignoring me when I tried to explain that I had placed an online order. That's twophone calls for two different instances, just to get two refunds. I do think Sonic needs to create a backend feature whichallows management to turn off online ordering, but more than that I think they need to find a different management team for thislocation. Ew this is the first time I've seen a Sonic open at 11AM. It looked deserted when I pulled in but I just thought "nah the prolly... only a cook and a car hop and they both don't have cars and they are just dead right now. So next time you guys should reallyturn off the menus when you close because the screen was welcoming me And telling me to push the red button for service and insitting here like a dummy for like 7 minutes waiting for someone to answer. Took 10 minutes to order, almost 15 to get 2 drinks. Only then did cashier state there is no cold brew coffee. She refused to... adjust ticket and stated she could only substitute sane size of another drink even though I paid 80 cents more for iced coffee.The cashier pleasantly lied and said there is no difference in price in any of the drinks. This is "drive-through only"restaurant which cashier had to inform people as they pulled up expecting service at other spots. There seems to be only the oneperson working. It is unacceptable for management to place so much on one worker; also unacceptable for worker to lie andfraudulently sell what they don't have. This is a prime spot, and it should close during hours that management is unable tooperate within minimum levels of laws. Read more

I feel this location will close soon. They never have ice cream more often than not. They close earlier than what is posted... online. The lady in the dunkin donuts uniform taking orders is rude?not welcoming or friendly. Basic customer service lackingbig time! Seemed more occupied listening to song on the radio. The wait is ridiculous to only get cold or old food. Will nolonger visit! Read more

Hit or miss. Been living down the road for a couple of years and the first few times I went it was fine. Last couple of times-... ice cream machine was down (thought that was the issue with the McD?s across the way!) and this last time probably short staff.It?s clear management has some issues. Just shut the place down if there?s going to be like 2 people working on a busy evening. Read more

Would give 0 stars if I could. This was for an uber eats delivery. I received the order at 8:45. Waited at the drive through for... 5 mins and no one responded to me. I went to the window and a female was there. After knocking for about 2 mins someone finallycame to the window. I informed them of the order. All they said was they were working on it. Waited for another 15 mins at thewindow. No update no follow up. I even waved at the window a 2nd female looked me straight in the eye and walked away. Had tocancel the order since no one was getting back to me. I reported t o Uber for the very unprofessional staff. I was told that therestaurant management team was going to look into this location. Not only did the customer not able to get their food due tothis location's unprofessional staff, but I lost out on making money as well. Do better sonic. Read more
