This is the worst sonic I have ever been to. On numerous occasions there was no one to bring out food to rhe drive up. When I... was told that that is only for online orders (when did this change?) I used it several times and each time a long wait andhorrible food quality. I ordered slushies today online and after sitting outside for 19 minutes they finally answered and said Ihad to go through the drive though. This place is trash and the management is horrendous. Wish I could give zero stars. Place looks like no one wants to go there. Went thru drive thru and it took forever. Guy on the... speaker obviously doesn't want to work there. Rude af. Got to the window and our huge order was prepared. We had 6 meals.Everything lined up and the credit card machines all were not working. Literally waited like 15 minutes while the food got cold.The lady said there is nothing she can do. I attempted to just order the drinks since we really wanted the slushes but shehuffed and puffed about having to put the order in again with just drinks. They lost out on all that food.. all that drink.. andall our money. We pulled into Whataburger and got everything we wanted for cheaper.. with great service.. and we have been backthere every night since. Thanks Whataburger for being amazingly awesome. Read more
My family and I ordered a few grilled dbl cheese burgers and never again! The patties were hard, and so small. Just sloppy... looking and very dry. Nothing like its being advertised! Food came out ice cold, waited more than 20 minutes for the replacement, while we watched several customers get served. When we... arrived, we were one of two vehicles parked, and there was one car in the drive through. The pictures included are exactly howthe food was served, and cold to the touch. This was my family?s worst experience at any Sonic. And this generic response I?veseen to any other complaint?? if you would like to escalate your feedback to the franchise owner?? Just stop. Get people that dotheir jobs, or actually do something. It?s sad and pathetic. This was a Saturday afternoon; If you?re not ready for that volumeat that time, just close the store entirely. Honestly absolute garbage for service. I waited 20 minutes in my truck for them to bring the food out, then when I went in to... complain and ask where my food was they try to give me cold food it is sitting there for 15 of those 20 minutes. The managersresponse was well remake your food for you. So what I?m getting is you?re just giving me what I paid for never mind wasting 20minutes of my life.
