I?m a patient men and don?t mind waiting i ended up waiting almost an hour for them to finally take my order which would be... understandable if they were busy but they weren?t on top of all that I waited the hour just to be told there is no ice cream.This place use to be decent with it?s service and food but now it service and food extremely bad even the employees in thislocation show not a single care.. this could possibly be one of the worst locations to go to and should be avoided if you want apleasant experience at sonic Read more

Jessica and Juan are back!!! This place now has a chance. When Jessica was manager in the past I never had issues. Juan was... great too. Today I saw cars, so I decided of months of not going to this location due to being closed , poor service or badfood. I was so happy to see Jessica and Juan and they both remembered me. My order came out in a timely manner and order 100%correct as well as food. Read more

I come here several times a week because of the location and the employees are friendly ?? sometimes the pretzel I order comes... unsalted but I don?t bring it to their attention since they seem so busy. Be prepared to wait, especially if you?re coming byduring Happy Hour or general lunch time. Read more

Horrible experience over and over again. Waiting 20 minutes only to be told how the ice cream machine is down and we would... either have to accept slushes or refund. When we chose refund, we were told we would have to contact the third party because weordered our food online. This is not a one time off. this has occurred before and how convenient that shakes were being takento peoples cars right before our order that is too close to closing time. Horrible service yet again. I am happy to give mybusiness to Whataburger, they are always taking orders. Read more

This Sonic location USE to be awesome, but I've been a few times and this was the last time. There was 2 cars and it took 10... min to get my order and another 15 to get 2 shakes. I could see them just talking in there not to mention the other couple leftbecause they got tired of waiting. Sonic this location needs help!! Read more

Horrible service. Actually a total lack of service. I ordered in the app on my lunch break I went to pick my meal up and sat... there for over 20 min waiting. I passed the red button and waited probably another 5 min or so and still no response at all. Itried to call the store a few times and even got out of my car and knocked on the door. Unbelievably there was still noresponse. I called the customer service number and was told after 7-10 business days I should see a refund. I asked to have myorder transferred locations or even just get the refund as a gift card in my app and was still told it?ll be 7-10 business daysbefore I see any refund. This isn?t the first time I?ve had a bad experience with sonic, and it?s not just this location either.It?s consistently every time, every sonic. I ordered a hot dog. Spent over an hour attempting to get my lunch, had to drive toanother location, and pay for my entire order over again. I will not be giving my business to this company ever again. The worstbusiness practices I?ve ever seen from a company. And I work in customer service. Completely disgusted with this business. Read more

A truly unpleasant experience. The staff would benefit from training and customer service skills. I pressed the red button on... the stall and waited at least 15 minutes and unfortunately no person ever took my order. When I tried ordering drinks on the appI was able to get thru and order but waited another 15 minutes. I should have left at that point so it?s partly my fault forsticking around. However I understand that during these tough hiring times it is not easy and truly the wait is not what wasupsetting. It was the attitude of the workers. I asked several team members until 1 came out and said ?sorry your order was justsitting there?. The young lady was nice but going forward maybe a different response would be more appropriate. Most of theworkers were on their phones. My children do enjoy Sonic drinks but this terrible customer service is unacceptable and reallyvery sad because it shows such apathy. As a teacher it makes me sad these young kids don?t have a more professional attitude andalthough I completely understand it is extremely hard working in the service industry that unprofessional behavior is shocking. I only hope the owners invest more in their employees. I hope they consider hiring high quality managers who will ensure this isnot commonplace. Read more
