Went to order honey bbq jumbo popcorn chicken and barely had any sauce. The picture that you have advertised is false! My order... didn't look anything like that. I was at the speaker, parked for 5 min and no one answered when I pulled up to the line. I tried to get the first worker that?s... was visible?s attention after waving my hands at him I asked if speaker worked because I did not hear anyone he told me ?thespeaker definitely works? and said to pull around again to the back of the line and get back in line. My second time around theyspoke on speaker I told them my order and they said could not hear me (they also have a camera there.) they started giving meattitude, they had no trouble with the other people in line and I was speaking louder than them. The portion size seems to have shrunk on some items. Also, when did Sonic start soliciting tips? So on top of increasing the... prices and shrinking the portions, you want customers to tip? No! A tip for what? Bringing my food to the car? It?s theemployers job to pay a fair wage. Not the customer?s! This location is close to my house which is why I go here. For the most part, they do a good job, but lazy there have been a... lot of misses. It's not the quality of the service that could be better, poor car hop was super stressed and trying her best to get my order... out, and even apologized for the 4 minute wait. All I ordered was a hot fudge sundae, and the wait wasn't bad at all. I askedher however when she came to give me my sundae if they were short staffed because she was out of breath and very apologetic tome over something I wasn't too worried about. They are short staffed, and the poor workers there are super stressed, and itsaddened me to know this. Read more
