I was just in this dt. Its 1:37pm on sat 9/17/22. The little girl taking my order was really rude. Cut me off with " anything... else??"..twice. I could almost see her rolling her eyes as I asked for no salt. I said :" you know what? Forget the order". Shethen sounded, so shocked with " i'm sorry?" Everyone had bad days but I at least try to fake it for the sake of NOT soundinglike that. So I'm going to eat someplace else. Of your sales are low, she may be the reason. Read more

Extremely RUDE BEHAVIOR FROM BOTH THE EMPLOYEE AND THE MANAGER. All we wanted to do was eat. We went through the drive through... to order a meal and the drive through Lady spoke to us very rude. Then we ask for light ice. She took the cup very rude and weasked we why was she so rude. We ask to speak to a Manager and she gave us rude behavior also. We asked for a refund. I cannot explain how much i loathe this sonic. I normally have great experiences ordering from other locations but this one in... particular makes me want to scream. Everytime I've gone in person, the order taker is rude and cuts me off as im ordering ortalks over me while I?m giving my order. Having worked in the fast food industry, i know proper order taking. You don't cut offthe customer and let them talk. You?ll be able to speak when the customer is done placing their order. I understand that it isoften busy and you need to be effective and efficient but customer service is always the first thing you have to give. So wheni can actually get my order in, its never right. Thats for in person ordering and for ordering through Uber Eats! Nothing isever right! Ever since I?ve moved to this area, i have never had an order correct and that is so sad. And yes, you may say,?Well, Dean, tell them! Go get a refund!? And to that, i will say, im a very busy person. I rarely have the time to return whenim on my lunch or dinner breaks from work. So im not able to go back as I?d like but i also have the feeling that I?d just getanother rude person and why deal with that? Over all, this sonic needs to do better. Today i ordered online, it's happened several times where i order online and get there, and they STILL take like 15 to 20... minutes, today felt like 30. I honestly was really upset because what is the point of FAST FOOD when you don't get it within afew minutes. Then i see the car hop with like all these orders all at once, running back and forth, like seriously, i felt badfor her. How can you have only ONE person working the busy shift? Waited 45 minutes for my food. Not only was it ice cold when they brought it to me but also wrong items in my order. Like a hot... dog instead of a corn dog. Staff doesnt even know there own drinks...this is the worst sonic in san antonio without a doubt. Icame back . They gave me fresh fries tots and a corn dog. 3 stars only due to the girl that tried her best to rectify the issue. Read more

I was very disappointed in the quality of sandwich I received this visit. I really enjoy the grilled cheese burger anytime I go... to Sonic.....except this time. I am still trying to figure out if that was suppose to be cheese or mustard on one side of thebread. The condiments were almost nonexistent. This was definitely a poorly made burger. The taste was not even there to make upfor the lack of presentation. I ended up pulling off all the crust (which was hard) and picking over the rest of the burger.Next time I will make sure I open every burger completely before leaving. I was too far away from the location to take it back.I really had my mouth AND stomach set for tgat burger but it was a total let down. Read more

This place is pretty slow compared to your average Sonic. Also, management is poor. I accidently was charged a employee discount... for my shake, the manager came out more than 7 min later to tell me the mistake and instead of just letting me have it, hecharged my card again and then said the first shake would be refunded. Never was. Not acceptable. Never returned. Read more
