Take the extra minute or five to literally pull everything out of your bag and make sure it matches what you ordered. Every... single time we have ever come through here they have messed up an order and missed more than one thing. This most recent timethey missed two items that were on the receipt as well. Take that extra several minutes to verify they read the order back toyou and seriously pull all the food out of the bags and make sure everything is there guaranteed to find the missing stuff. ButI will say they are always willing to correct it in the staff is extremely nice and helpful when they are giving you the orderand fixing it kudos to the staff negative reviews for the procedures on border verification when heading into a customer. They just can't seem to make a good sandwich, if they even give you the right stuff from your order. They don't listen and don't... care. Check your order before leaving, because it's probably missing stuff or completely wrong. I love sonic and their food butthis particular location needs to step it up. Read more

True story - I drove in and requested my favorite sonic treat, actually it's a side but like we're not keeping score here right?... Whatever - anyway; it was chili cheese Mozzarella sticks ? the best things on Earth! Well, the person over the com. stated theycannot do this, I laughed and I said yes you can.. you just put cheese and chili on some mozzarella sticks he repeated I cannotdo this..so I said I'm out... If I wanted to put chili and cheese on popcorn chicken my guy you'd better make it happen. I liveat redbird ranch and this is MY sonic now, This is the 1st sonic in the history of sonic's proud history not to fulfill arequest to put chili cheese on any item on their menu and it's ridiculous come on, it's sonic and you have chili and cheese. Icould put chili cheese on a ice cream cone If I wanted, not that I would recommend this in any way form or fashion, but whoknows, maybe one day.. My message to the owner and the direct manager, don't limit your customer's requests for great food whenthey know exactly want they want to eat and you have the supplies to fulfill the order. Food was hot and fresh. The lady who brought out my food was super friendly and repeated my order. I really appreciate great... customer service. She told me I will bring back your change. I said no ma'am you keep it. She said are you sure I saidabsolutely. She smiled so much and thanked me. Giving good tips to any food service employees is important. Read more

This location has excellent customer service, which you would need working here. My order is almost always wrong, but the... receipt is correct, so it's the cooks, not the wait staff. The woman who helped me today was very kind and even came out towrite down my order. Shame the cooks still forgot a whole quarter pound coney Read more

The service was great! The young lady that helped us was helpful. My daughter loved her hair. We were pretty disappointed about... the food though. It was barely warm. No one raves about how much the LOVE lukewarm fries. Hot food would have made this a betterreview. Read more

If you want order accuracy get out of your vehicle and physically check your order. Every time we order thru the app. They seem... to mess the order up and forget at least 2 things EVERY TIME. Don?t just trust them what?s in the bag physically get out andseparate every food item on your hood to show them and make sure it?s actually There. Also double check your bag doesn?t haveholes in it.
