Paid $9.50 for over cooked and very dry chicken strips, a small amount of tots and a small drink. Should have gone the Burger... King right down the road. $.99 for ten nuggets that are burnt and dried to almost jerky. Save you money and go somewhere else. Read more

Worst experience with Sonic. Jackie got my order wrong but still charged me for what I didn't order even tho I told her before... she ran my card. Then I had to wait more than 20 minutes for 2 chili wraps cuz she "forgot" to put the the order AGAIN so allthe milkshakes I ordered to take home to my family melted and the part of the order that was correct got cold! This Sonic has real issues hearing and getting your order correct. The two times that I have been here. Same issue. This... morning my wife wanted a jr breakfast burrito. I was told they don't one. Asked if I want different burrito twice. Afterhaving to having to the same issue with for the rest of the order, finally got finished. Really need to work with your folks. Read more
There is no Sonic here near Grosenbacher. The closet one is just west of here up the street on Talley road.

Last night, my family of 8 stopped by after 9:30pm to order 12 items (4 Fountain, 3 Sides & 3 Dessert/Frozen). When I ordered... NICELY, the male employee kept asking "Anything else?" over and over as frustration built and was expressed in his voice. Iwould respond "Yes...Sorry yes...Almost..." etc. Then when we pulled up to get our food, my aunt and sister got out of the carto go watch our food/drinks to be made. One of the male employees was cleaning windows and sprayed the window over our food/bag.My sister, while standing outside with my aunt, pushed the button on one of the order boards to call someone and ask to orderonion rings. The male employee on the speaker said they didn't have anymore. This was the First time in our lives that we'veever heard that before, from Sonic especially. Our order was brought out by Antonio (name of Carhop on receipt) and my auntaddressed what had happened. She asked for the order taker's name and "Antonio" told her he didn't know his coworkers, that theydidn't talk. My aunt told him our frustrations with the ordering and the glass cleaner over our food. My aunt then asked tospeak with another employee, so another came out in "Antonio's" place. She asked him what the order taker's name was and he saidSedrick (unsure of spelling) as he mumbled it, twice. My aunt told him our frustrations with the ordering and the glass cleanerover our food. The employee didn't apologize or anything. We left and I started calling that location to speak with the manager.I was hung up on 3x, as I continued to call back over and over.
