The food is somewhat good. However, if you don?t get your condiments with your order, forget it! There was one server for... customers dining in and for customers drive thru. Therefore, we had to wait for the server to get what we needed. There is ahuge playground for the kids, but make sure if you need the restroom, always accompany your child. This Sonic is good, but staff keeps getting our order wrong, support isn't helpful. Staff here is friendly and awesome, but... would rather they take their time to get orders correct. Still, I would recommend this location if you're looking to grab aquick bite, a refreshing beverage, and/or a delicious treat. Also, Nick is awesome and deserves a raise. Read more
Just got home and what do you know, my order was all sorts of wrong. I asked for no mayo on my cheeseburger, but instead got... plenty of mayo. My premium hot dog was a plain hot dog. I couldn?t believe it when it happened. I ordered a tender meal and asked to replace the tater tots with onion rings and... accepted that there was an up charge. This is a meal I?ve ordered for years from sonic. Before driving off I check my box andthere was one single onion ring in the box. I asked the cashier to check on why I only got one onion ring when I paid for ansuborder. He stated his manager told him it only comes with one single onion ring. So I paid $2 more for one single onion ring.I can not make this up they wouldn?t give me the order of onion rings. I called two other sonics to confirm if this is a thingand they all agreed with me that it should?ve been an order. We had ordered ice cream through the app, after arriving we saw that our order was going to be brought out. We waited around 30... minutes watching cars leave that arrived after us and understood that it can be busy or it could be short staffed. However,after pushing the red button to ask for assistance we got our blasts and they were completely melted and one of them wasn?t evenfilled up all the way. They got my order wrong and refused to make it right when I went back the next day. The supervisor made a choice. Not until I... asked to speak to him, did he offer a coupon. I refused the coupon, because the decision to not make it right was already made.When I told the supervisor how I felt he rolled his eyes, and had horrible body language. After giving a forced apology, hetried to defend his poor decision. Saying alot of people try to get free stuff. This supervisor needs some training. Read more
Update: We've been here several times and the latest was March 5th. They continue to mess up the orders and food quality is... declining. I am reducing their rating from 4 stars down to 3 stars. Got dinner to go today, December 14th. They were busy, butwe got our food quickly. The food was pretty good but the fries were not cooked well. They were firm, not soft or crunchy.Tater Tots were about the same. Otherwise pretty good and yes, we will come back. Read more
