I like Starbucks for a couple of items off the menu, but this isn?t my particular favorite place to go for it. The line is... usually long and very slow. I go to this Starbucks a couple times a week. I noticed compared to the other Starbucks down the street off of Braun road the... drinks aren't made the same. I ordered a pink drink today and as soon as I got it at the window it was curdled looking and hadlittle flakes floating around, like how the pink drink looks when it's been sitting out for a while... The lady at the windowshook it around a bunch before handing it to me I guess to try to disperse the flakes. I thought it would taste the same but ithad a really sweet kind of sour taste to it. I'm guessing the barista either didn't shake it enough, didn't add enough coconutmilk, or both? I have really bad social anxiety so I didn't complain or ask for a new one so I'm just leaving a review in hopesbaristas can learn from this :") I was not able to drink it Read more
Wow! Waited in line for 25 mins (drive-thru) which I never experienced before in all my years going to Starbucks. Except for... one other time where I waited 20 mins and they gave out free drinks to all who waited and apologized for the wait. We ordereda trenta pink drink with extra coconut milk and got a drink with very little ice and it was devoid of coconut milk. Stickereven shows extra coconut milk. Between the almost 30 min wait and drink just did it for me. I don't think I'll be going backthere again. I'm usually a good tipper too but not this time around. ???? Read more
Ordered a pumpkin cream cold brew and was excited ! But it tasted nothing like it should , no famous pumpkin flavor , nor any... pumpkin spice topping . It was so bland and if I wasn?t in a hurry I would have gone back . I like this location because it?sconvenient but I?m going to start going to other locations because I can?t trust the drinks will taste as good . Read more

The service here has really been amazing. The Medicine Ball is very popular in the cold times, and most locations run out of it... quick. This is the only one that offers an modified alternative right up front rather than just saying "sorry, we're out."
