Good furnishings, awesome staff, freshly baked foods and aromatic beverages. The only thing I had an slight issue with was the... high volume of noise levels. I understand it was a Saturday at lunchtime but it was kind of louder than the norm. Timely and CONSISTENT service. Every time I've ordered a drink here it's made the same way which is more than I can say for some... locations. I don't like having to ask for the restroom door to be opened for me but it's policy and I can't fault this locationfor that. Cozy vibe, right next to Barnes and noble. Read more

Coffee is never hot, or if I order an Iced coffee it's like drinking just cream and sugar no caffeine. They don't know how to... make plain coffee, used to be the same consistency across every store but not anymore. I believe it's because they "batch it"which means they don't have any fresh coffee so its just sitting out. It's frustrating because your paying a premium and it's nobetter than McDonald's coffee!
