Just left this location, my husband and I love this store and I get this?mind you I haven?t taken a drink out of my hot cup,... after 15 minutes of driving to my designated location I open the cup and notice i barely have coffee that?s worth $7. I guess Ineed to ask for no foam all the time. ??????????? My husbands drink I asked for Iced Caramel with Extra Caramel Sauce, don?t seecaramel and definitely don?t see extra caramel. Cashier barely acknowledge me. I would understand if it was busy but it was dead. No customers. And to top it off they gave me... the wrong drink. I ordered a caramel latte and I got something completely different. I didn't try it right away because it washot. Once I got home and it was cool enough for me to drink. It wasn't what I ordered. I'm not one to complain. Don't get mewrong the drink was still delicious. But so not what I ordered. I use to love skipping the drive drew and going inside just tohave great customer service. I love the atmosphere and the music but I will say this they do charge more than any other Starbucks but it's worth it!
