Worse experience ever. Took my daughter to Starbucks, waited about 40 minutes when she already ordered online to only receive an... empty cup. Employee tells my daughter they are running behind and we need to wait an additional 20 minutes when it?s alreadytime for my daughter to go back to school. Broke my daughters heart. This location was recently renovated (2022) and the new layout & decor is very unwelcoming now. The outside tables are rarely... cleaned. The to go orders have a larger area now, but the straws are on the opposite side so people are bumping into each othertrying to reach for or walk to the straws. The staff is busy making drinks so their "welcome to Starbucks" sounds robotic. I'vebeen to other Starbucks and it depends on the staff on how genuine their welcome to Starbucks comes off. All staff gets replacedso hopefully in time this will improve. Check your drink before you leave. I ask for no foam and usually get it anyway. I canremember when Starbucks used to be a place to grab a coffee, study, read, have a conversation. But now it's become a high speedcoffee drink turnout machine that has lost that air about it (in my opinion) especially at this location. Read more
Line at the drive thru is INSANE and not an experience like most Starbucks where the line is long but they flip through cars... quick. No the wait is ridiculous. I stop coming to this Starbucks every 6months or so and I think to myself "let me give emanother shot". I end up disappointed every time. Read more
A disaster. Drive thru long line up the main road closing the turn right lane to main highway. Line will go pass Military Hwy to... next door gas station. Inside was extremely disorganized. Over 50+ app orders waiting at the counter. Barista will not allowanybody to come close to those orders. Why? People waiting, baristas all over the place and 1 on "coffee break"while the storefalling apart. It's cool outside and Starbucks is falling apart. Read more
