The current staff of this location are very courteous and very professional. The inside of the store is very clean, swept, and... everything looks wiped off and ready for customers to have a seat. I do have a comment for the outside where I sat and thecustomers sit. The eaves need to be swept because they are full of hanging cobwebs and dust. The outside glass needs to becleaned. It would not hurt to have a fresh caulk job around all of the windows and frames of the windows. The concrete of theoutside sitting area is absolutely disgusting. There are endless spill stains embedded in the concrete underneath every table. The concrete for that area and the front entrance could use a serious high pressure power-wash cleaning! It looks like that areaand the front entrance have not been power-washed for quite a while. All of the outside tables and chairs were clean, but itwould not hurt for them to have a fresh coat of paint due to the rust was showing in the joints. Went through the drive thru on my way to work and when I got to work and the whip cream had already melted I realized why it... tasted weird, Will the milk was rotten and there was rotten specs of milk floating on top. Never again am I going to Starbucksespecially this location to pay$7 for a rotten iced coffee.. I now go to Brevity where I order the same every time and tastegreat and I only pay $4 -5 and I get a punch card for a free one after 10 visits? Consistently leaves off items with my mobile orders. I had a lemon bread and muffin left off just today. I had my Spouse pick up... the order so he didn?t ask. It?s legit the 3rd time though somethings been missing in recent months. Read more
I?ve been here 3-4 times and my drink has been made incorrectly EVERY TIME. I?ve had the same order for 10 years now so I know... how it should taste give or take. I?ve never complained, I know things happen but now I?m pretty certain it?s a standard ofservice here. It seems that ingredients are being left out intentionally, which is pretty frustrating when you order a $8+coffee and pay for the ingredients/add-ins. They will make your coffee how they want, not at all how you order it. Read more
The coffee from this location is so inconsistent. I thought Starbucks had recipes for their drinks. Today, my coffee is water... with some milk in it... I never know what it's going to taste like. I quit to Starbucks altogether and decided to try one moretime. I used to be a daily customer, but now I prefer my coffee at home. Read more
Hands down my favorite Starbucks. They spread kindness and generosity as well as coffee. You are as likely to have the car in... front of you pay it forward and buy your coffee as not on any particular day, and the baristas always have a smile. They work ata decent speed in their drive through too! Read more
Unfortunately this is the closest Starbucks to where I live. Just once I would like my drink made correctly. Instead my drinks... are always 99% creamer/sweetener and 1% coffee. I come for the coffee, if I wanted to drink straight up creamer I could do thatat home. The Baristas here are terrible. That fact that I have to add coffee to my $6 drink when I get home is pathetic. They either have great customer service or absolutely none. I come here often on the way to work and during lunch. They?re... either great or absolutely aggravating. I?ve visited numerous times with my personal cup through the drive thru and all of asudden they can?t. No solution offered and resulted in me waiting in line to get out of the drive thru line and then order inperson. (No one was behind me either, so I was last in line) What?s disappointing is there couldn?t give me the discount atleast this time and let me know they won?t or have stopped doing that.
