DO NOT ORDER INSIDE!!!! Drive thru is prioritized ALL THE TIME!!! Regardless of how bad the drive thru line is just go to it.... This is my second time ordering inside and it?s definitely a LESSON LEARNED. There was 2 people waiting for drinks when I walkedin and ordered at the counter yet somehow I waited over 40 minutes. I had a large order but this is ridiculous. I?ve NEVER hadthis kind of experience at other locations. This one is close to my house so I go to it often but I typically go through thedrive through. This SBUX is hit or miss. Sometimes good, others like today (7/16/22), with SIX people on the floor, the service was horrible,... slow, no greeting the four people that came in while i was there, and not even following proper beverage routine (hence whythey?re so backed up). I had a Treinta PGTL w/ two scoops of Matcha. I watched the girl as she grabbed the cup, powered theitems directly in (not the shaker), and then handed it off. Clumps of dry matcha at the bottom obviously. I asked if it wasshaken (who knows, I may have missed it), and she says yes and that the matcha will sometimes do that. Sorry, I managed threeSBUX stores before and not once did we have that issue (when they beverage is made correctly). Some serious retraining isnecessary here. Or it could be a one off where the manager isn?t present. But definitely should be monitored because EVERYStarbucks experience should be great. This place is the worst? Looks like they take care of the drive thru first before the walk in customer.. What happened to... customer service, they look and talk like you bother them.. Don?t waste your time getting off to order your drink, stay in thedrive thru it?s faster.. I just wanted a Hot Coffee to help alevate my pain. I waited 20 mins for my order easily avoidable if they had just asked... someone else what I was asking for. Second time i was at cashiers and they asked for help I still had to wait as if i had justordered my drink. Had i been in Drive thru I would have held up their line. The lady that assisted me ended up making drinks forDT. The one who was suppose to make mine had mobile orders and other walk-ins prior to Remaking my drink. After her 5th drink, Iasked for a refund but the one working drive thru said Oh shes working in it now and then proceeded to tell the other worker tomake my drink first. After the 2nd or 3rd drink I just asked for a refund again. By this point my Husband came in and asked whatwas going on. My frustration was showing and he came in to help me. Read more
Usually it's not bad but this time I had too wait in line for over 10 min ordered a venti toasted vanilla oatmilk shaking... espresso decafe and got a grande soi had to wait for them to remake it. I?m sorry your barista got upset because she can?t read the label correctly & made my drink wrong. I?m sorry a paying customer... can?t ask for her drink to be made the right way without receiving attitude? and I?m sorry your barista can?t work underpressure for a very well known coffee shop? which I?m sure is a question you ask in your interview or prior to hiring.
