This is the worst Starbucks in San Antonio. They closed drive through and didn?t have the decency to put a sign up, however... there?s two trashcans that are not blocking the drive through, I asked them to put a sign up and she was incredibly rude andsaid we don?t have one. Wanted to try the new chicken breakfast sandwich, ordered it on the app, and when I got to the office and opened my bag the... biscuit was completely burnt! WTH?!? Starbucks is what it is, but Mr Bucks, PLEASE stop telling your people to ask for names. These kids behind the counter... apparently don't understand SOUND TRAVELS! When you are waiting for you order, as a customer spending WAY too much for coffee,we shouldn't have to sit there listening to them make fun of our name, that is just terrible.
