This is the worst Starbucks in San Antonio. They closed drive through and didn?t have the decency to put a sign up, however... there?s two trashcans that are not blocking the drive through, I asked them to put a sign up and she was incredibly rude andsaid we don?t have one. Wanted to try the new chicken breakfast sandwich, ordered it on the app, and when I got to the office and opened my bag the... biscuit was completely burnt! WTH?!? This location gets worse by the day I swear and slower. I come here every single day and if it weren't for Brittany and her... service and how close it is to my home I would never come back. I ordered a drink on app at 5am when they opened, arrived 10minutes later and waited until now 5:35am and doors are locked and no drinks have been made. Still waiting....I have to leavefor work soon! I like this Starbucks! Never have messed up my order my coffees are always on point ! They don't skip on the Carmel like some... other Starbucks do . It does get a little busy for the area but the wait is still decent. I would recommend going to thislocation the staff always greats with a smile and ade so happy it will brighten your day they make you feel welcomed even if youare in the drive through you get the same great service as if you walked in the front door! Yummy! Came to celebrate our Jack Black's birthday with a Puppaciño for him and Bella. Jack loves the Puppaciños!! They... personalized his cup, which we didn't get a picture of. Dang it. We did get plenty of other pictures. 4 stars out of 5. Thestaff was great but, when our order was ready, no one called us. So the orders sat there for a little bit. I finally went inafter a few times and saw they were sitting on the counter. The outdoor patio could use some cleaning, luckily I broughtdisinfectant wipes and Lysol. Other than that we had fun and the pugs were content. We shall return. Read more
Starbucks is what it is, but Mr Bucks, PLEASE stop telling your people to ask for names. These kids behind the counter... apparently don't understand SOUND TRAVELS! When you are waiting for you order, as a customer spending WAY too much for coffee,we shouldn't have to sit there listening to them make fun of our name, that is just terrible. I just started working in thisarea, but I will drink gas station coffee before I return to this location again. The manager should fire those employees. Read more
