This is the closet starbucks to my living space. Everytime I go there they make my drink differently and sometimes have been... slightly rude. Today they just made my drink entirely wrong, putting the wrong syrup and i asked for extra cold foam and theydidn't even put the regular amount. I recommend going to the starbucks on blanco just down the street. Starbucks on Blanco issuper nice and they always make my drink the same. Love them! Hate huebner???? Read more

The worst customer service. Alyssa instead of accepting her rude and unacceptable behavior, started fussing, using profanity and... rolling her eyes, was laughing with another staff Anulia. Shawn, who pretended to be an MOD, didn?t stop his colleaguesunpleasant behavior and didn?t even apologize for them being rude with their customer. It?s not even 7 pm and they alreadyclosed half of the cafe and emptied their food case to rush customers to leave (they supposed to close at 8 pm). The restroomswere filthy and the prep area was disgusting and dirty. Personnel didn?t look pleasant or professional, aprons were dirty andunfresh. Overall, not only this cafe is dirty (please don?t look behind the counter) but their staff better clean the restroomsinstead of opening their mouths and talk dirty to guests. Totally disgusted with this shop. First time I ordered a $6 VENTI drink, via Delivery,they filled cup HALFWAY. This time they... Forgot the Oat Milk and Brown Sugar Syrup. Drink was only ice, whip cream and espresso. What makes it bad is, I called andtalked to manager, before he made it. He assured me, he'd fill the cup. Wasnt a mistake. Reflects bad on Starbucks. This is by far my favorite Starbucks in SA! The people here are awesome - very friendly and truly care about their customers -... which I'm sure they have many "regulars" with how cool they treat each individual person. They always make my day & make myfavorite drinks just right. Keep up the good work and thank you for consistently being such a nice place to come for myafternoon drink. This crew rocks! ???? Like most Starbucks, very good to excellent. BUT, special thanks to the staff. I left me backpack with several electronic... items in there Friday. Several days later I figured out where I must have left it. To my greatest relief and joy, one of thebaristas spotted it from the counter and kept it there until the owner (me) claimed it. You have no idea how many hours of workI had on that hard drive. Guys, you restored my faith in humanity by this act. Well, at least part of humanity...... Thank youso much again guys !!!!
