It was alright. They were out of chocolate stuff to make mochas and hot chocolate, so I got a peppermint hot chocolate instead.... It was decent, but tasted a little watered down or something to me It seemed a little understaffed, and was a little slow. Thetables outside were kinda nasty too. General service I am a very understanding person especially as a prior worker in the industry. However, when the posted open... time is 8AM and there is a line outside and come 0810 no one has opened the doors yet. Needless to say, the group of individualswaiting eventually all went separate directions seeking coffee. By 0820 I was return my hotel and walked by this Starbucks inquestion and noticed the lights were still off and doors closed. Read more
Stopped in for a refreshing drink. The service was quick, service was friendly, location was perfect. This Starbucks is... situated in the Shops at Rivercenter and a short walk from the Alamo. The experience was average at best but the drinkdefinitely hit the spot. Read more
Convenient located in the river shopping mall. The floor is worn off and not many tables. Employees were very friendly, but I... would appreciate it if they mix the drink and shake it well instead me having to do it with a straw and spill it all over thetable. Read more

Typical Starbucks. Nothing spectacular, but they did their job fairly well. Mainly younger people working that do decent, but... not exceptional. It?s very close and handy to the nearby mall, as well as some tourist things, including the local hop on hopoff bus tour operation which stops at around 19 locations (citysightseeingsanantonio.com - which allows food and drink), so ifyou want a quick something, this is a close by place to grab what your after. Place was fairly clean and modern. If you?re happywith the typical and average Starbucks, this one will likely serve you just fine. And again, it?s close and handy to some nearbyattractions that you may already be participating in, so this place would work great to grab what you want and board a bus. Read more
I always go to Starbucks but never had such a pathetic experience at this place, all the staff were good but the male staff who... wear eye glasses was extremely rude , I just asked him what?s my number to pick my order , he very rudely asked me to get refundand go.
