Hey save your receipts. If you end up with an expensive mug that is leaking the manager is happily glad to tell you she can't... help you because you don't have a receipt from your purchase made 3 days earlier. No sympathy, no offer to exchange. Just allgrins :)) I'm sorry Starbucks is really strict about merchandise. Too bad your cashier wasn't trained to inform me how importanta receipt was to print out. I'm mostly sour because the manager was just so happy to deliver bad news and had no sympathy almostlike she enjoyed my $25 loss (price of fancy container) but here's to a fair review. The place is very small and parking ishorrendous at this location. Tip: park at the goodwill and walk over to the Starbucks to avoid the parking nightmare. Read more

Like omg Becky look at that drink it?s half full.. At least fill it up with ice to make it look full.. oh and don?t get me... started I ordered mango drags. Fruit refresher and it had much like water in it I could like see through it like it was awindow!! No flavor at all.. Oh also.. I am a gold star member and I?ve been going to this specific neighborhood coffee shop for years and have always been met with... excellent, friendly staff here. Although I?ve been to this location plenty of times, yesterday I went for my birthday drink and was greeted with the best... Starbucks experience I could?ve asked for! First of all, the drive through timing is impeccable. I was in and out in minutes!And the drink itself was DELICIOUS. But most of all, the best part started when I had told the worker while ordering (it waseither Bella, Alex, or Heather I think, though they?re all angels!!) that I was going to use my birthday reward. She wished me ahappy birthday and when receiving my drink, I saw she wrote Happy Birthday on it. AND they saw my dogs in the car and gave me apup cup so my little family could celebrate, too! :D I know it may seem small but those kind gestures are truly what help somepeople like me make it through the day.
