Well I get a quad espresso over ice with whole milk to the top twice a day 5 days a week and this location told me they would be... charging me as a latte because I wanted milk added. Never been charged before but the barista told me they were realigning theway they take orders and will be charging for milk if it?s more that a half inch. It?s not the money, it?s the principle. Beforeyou could and milk on self serve with no discretion even half and half now for a little bit of milk extra extra extra.Ridiculous, I can?t stand this location. I wish I could leave lower than one star to be honest. I ordered ahead and they said they had strawberry puree but i drive all... the way across town just for them to say they are out but didnt warn anyone on the app. The customer service was terrible to saythe least. They didnt even refund the money for the canceled order. I even saw one barista ahead of me give 5 free drinks to thecustomer ahead to only get three dollars for all of them. yetI cant even get my order worth $23 dollars I have sworn offstarbucks after all this mess its ridiculous. Yesterday was a hot day, humidity too high. I needed a cool drink & a 'lil pampering. I was thirsty for a Tall chilled Iced... Coffee & a warm Almond Croissant - so light it melted in my mouth.. sooo delicious! I sat at a round light wood table nearcooling a/c & enjoyed my 30 minutes of bliss. Thank you Starbucks for offering me the relaxation respite I truly needed. Read more

I've just had enough. Getting a latte here tastes like you're drinking just milk for the most part. So then I started ordering... with an extra shot to taste the coffee in the latte. I swear it tasted the same. Then one day, I'm at the px and I order itwith the extra shot and holy heck it was super strong. The PX is a little further away in the morning and Rittiman is closer. So the next time I returned to Rittiman StarbuckS, I pay more an d order a quad so I can taste the dang coffee in my latte. Thequad tastes less coffee than the extra shot at px. Then this morning, I order a quad. Tell me, how does a quad White Mochalatte taste like coffee water?! Its my fault I didnt drink it til I got to work and am unable to go back and say anything. Iswear it tastes like they resuse their grounds more than once. That's how it always tastes. I've only called once, cause thatone time it sounded like the girl thought I was just trying to get a free coffee, and it did no good, didnt change a thing. Sohere's a warning for those military, just go to the PX Starbucks unless you're getting just regular coffee. It's a waste ofmoney and you're stuck with a horrible tasting latte. Read more
