Thomas the Barista was rude and didn't follow the signature standards of Starbucks by calling the name of the customer's name... which caused a lot of confusion when picking up drinks from the bar. Plus the location ran out of multiple snacks at an earlypart of the day. Read more

This was about 3 months ago but I wanted to leave a review to say thank you so much to the person who brought me a free brownie... and wrote ?you are loved?. I was only sitting outside the Starbucks building, never ordered anything or stepped in the buildingyet. I was in my very lowest day for this year, crying my eyes out until they brought it to me. The message is what I reallyneeded. I?m doing really great right now and I?m in a much better place with a better environment :) I never caught their namebut know they had colored hair. I have no idea if they still work at this Starbucks to this day but I wanted to say thank you somuch and I hope they get a raise for so much kindness for this soul! Read more

Pet inside the mall, in Starbucks. Pet was whining and barking at my service dog. I took a short video of the dog distracting my... service dog. Man came to yell at me, other customers yelled at me. Employees did nothing to assist their disabled customer. Myhot chocolate was not mixed well, my friends latte was disgusting. North Star is not pet friendly. Read more
