it was hot in the rom but everything is very clean renovated what they charge a lot for parking

Bad customer service, You would think because I'm a customer that bought something @ Starbucks located in their lobby they would... have been more courteous / I'm a tourist that came to visit& brought my hard earning money But leaving with a really badexperience with the people of Texas Read more
While in the Hyatt hotel there is the river level and the lobby level. Starbucks is located in the lobby. Right next to this... elevator. Read more
I had that bowl with bacon and eggs and it tasted like It was sitting there for weeks then microwaved every morning and that... bacon taste like it was boiled and YOU CANT EVEN GET A CUSTOM ORDER THAT THEY CAN MAKE cause I wanted a bacon and cheese bagelthey had cheese, bagel and bacon, AND THEY HAVE EVERYTHING TO MAKE IT!!! Pastries don?t taste fresh at all. Tastes like it was 2 weeks old. Cold and dry.
Not a full Starbucks. Offerer a partial menu. Still, fast service and good coffee.
They do not prepare cappuccino the correct way and way over priced
