This is the most well run Starbucks I have ever seen. The staff is amazing! Every time I?m in here they are friendly, cheerful,... joking with each other, but also fast, efficient, and very responsive. You can just tell the morale is very high here, andhonestly, when the people working at a place are happy, you just enjoy being there so much more. The manager is who impressed methe most. It actually took me a few visits before I realized who the manager was, because she is always doing what I would thinkwould be the more undesirable jobs, and that is what made me want to write this review. Just from being in here today forbreakfast, I saw her restock supplies for her team so they aren?t interrupted, clean up a spill, talk and laugh with the otherstaff, cook the food in the back, straighten the display, clean up the waiting area, and stopped briefly to talk with a coupleof customers that I assume are regulars (who were all smiles by the way). This is pretty standard the times I see her in here. Iasked one of the staff and her name is Alex. If the owner or someone from their corporate office is reading these, this locationis amazing, and if you can recognize the manager somehow, definitely take care of this person. Read more

The friendliest service ever my name is unique an the barista asked how to pronounce my name so when I come back he doesn't... mispronounce my name. He noticed my daughter's arm was bandaged from have her cast an rod removed. He made her drink special forher. Homeless people around the area still well maintained inside and out
Was there 9/19, word of advice for the drive thru, it's easier to do your job correctly if you aren't high at 8 am. I was given... the wrong drink and had to back track to receive the correct one making me late for work. Yes I chose to be late but I alsochose to buy a $7 coffee on the way. In the pic, someone else didn't get their drink as well. I ordered a pumpkin spice latte. Read more
Their system takes cash or payment through their app. They will get your order wrong and cut you off when you try to correct... your order. I asked for soy because I have a dairy allergy. They got the size and all of the ingredients wrong. Read more
