Today 6/26 it was a bad experience. The young girl taking orders had a bad attitude, double charged us, told us to go to the... Guest Services because ?we?re not a real Starbucks? . Gave no options for a better experience. When asked if I could just get anextra drink instead? she said no. The other guys working said yes, she said no. Why? Bad experience. Just be fair ma?am. Went in like any other Starbucks. But this one was totally different. Music blasting, one employee dancing behind the register, ... and the other employees huddling and debating on who going to take my order. I tried to order a drink but the employee couldn'thear me over the music. They also couldn't hear each other when she asked an employee if there was oatmilk available from 3 feetaway. Speed: A bit below average for a Starbucks; also say two separate customers each get the same drink, there?s a chance the second... customer gets their drink before the first..order is...inconsistent Customer Service: So-so, Not as inviting as other locationsbut the staff isn?t hateful either Quality: This is why I rate so low, I most the time just get a simple strawberry refresher,this is the worst place I?ve ever gotten refreshers from, the drink is overpowered and the ratio is so off...they don?t have ittogether. In short, for convenience and such I think it?s still worth going by and grabbing a drink opposed to getting abottled drink nearby, all I?m saying is don?t expect it to be the best. Read more

This Starbucks is awfully managed. A few times they were closed for unknown reasons, only allowed you to order drinks through... the app and there?s always a line Becuase you can?t order in person anymore. They?re consistently out of ingredients, get mydrinks made wrong and a few times I had questions about the drink and was responded like I was overstepping my boundary. I amalways courteous by saying my please and thank yous and having my mask on even in drive through. I think because bad managementis the reason why the partners in that location are frustrated. I avoid this location and go to the one at target instead. Thelines are shorter and the baristas are not mean ???? Read more

For the past two times I?ve been to this Starbucks they forget the whip cream and fill the venti half full. This time though... they decided to add an extra cup inside to make it seem full. Ridiculous. Read more

I ordered an iced drink at the drive-thru and the barista hands me my drink with a few napkins and says "here you might need... these, the lid is acting weird." The drink is leaking out onto his hands and then onto mine. The two napkins were nowhere nearenough and the drink leaked on my clothes and in my car. Thankfully, I had a cardboard box in the back that I moved it into, butit started leaking thru that too because it was leaking so bad. I'm astonished that someone would think it's okay to give thisto someone, let alone at a drive-thru. I do not recommend this Starbucks location. Read more

This is a very nice Starbucks and my drink was made fast and tasted spot on. The baristas were super friendly and were... engaging.This location is pretty clean but bathroom not so clean. They also have a good selection of product to purchase too. Read more
