Any more stars than 1 would be very generous. I go to this loction almost every morning no issues but lately just seemed... downhill. This morning I ordered a venti hot white mocha with an extra shot and a John Wayne. I love this place and have never had an issue until today. I ordered a chocolate croissant and was given an almond one instead.... I called to let them know that I?m very allergic to almonds and nearly took a bite before I decided to look at it completely(was in a rush on the way to work). Whoever I was on the phone with just seemed like they didn?t really care and said theysubstituted it because the did have chocolate. If I would have been made aware of that I would have liked to have had the optionto choose a different one, not them choosing it for me. I could have taken a bite while driving and it would have gone very badfrom there, but the person on the phone didn?t seem to care to much about that. Read more
Ordered on the app and came in to a sign on the door saying ?drive thru only?. Called and they said I would have to get in a... 15-25 car line to pickup my for sure watered down drink. They are unable to refund or offer any options. Why have mobile ?orderahead? ordering if you still have to do the line for an hour. Very rude staff and extremely unprofessional. Read more
