I had purchased a tumbler from this location a few weeks ago. I finally used it today and realized the lid doesn't stay closed.... I stopped by the Starbucks and spoke to the manager who stated that without a receipt he could not do anything about it. Iadvised him I was requesting a refund I simply wanted to swap it out for a working tumbler with a lid that actually stayedclosed. He still refused to even exchange it. He instead said that the conversation was good in circles and that there wasnothing he could do per store manager direction. His condescending tone and constant blank stare at us was enough to make mewant to just over the counter. I always have issues with this location getting my order wrong and this was just the icing on thecake. Horrible service all the time. Hire a better manager! Read more

This place is okay, but the workers over there got my order wrong there times. The first time, I think it's fine and might be... fine. The second time, I thought I was unfortunate. This time, it's problem with the workers there. They have my frappuccino 3times without whipping cream, also without the mocha drizzle. ps. Whipping cream is my FAVORITE part of the frappuccino.
