I arrived at 9:49 pm to get my son a sandwich and the girls at the counter were very rude! They talked to me in the most... disrespectful way and when I waited for them to hand me my sandwich they threw it on the counter. That was the mostdisrespectful customer service I have ever had! I went to local subways for a lunch, had meatball sandwich. Met with an old friend from my teaching days.

I'm so tired of restaurants and eating out. I ordered online. I arrive at the time indicated on line. I show up at that time... and ask for my order. I'm told there is no order. I give her my last name and told, no order. I describe the sandwich (seeingthere is only one on the counter) and again told it's not mine and no order. So I drive back to print out my confirmation andorder (cause I didn't have my phone). The she looks at the same sandwich as before and says this is for Brian B. DUH!! Idon't know they put the order under my first or last name. Plus...this would have NOT even been an issue had it been placed onthe BIG ON-LINE ORDER Shelf they have right by the register. Had the sandwich been put where I assume it's SUPPOSED to go, Iwould have seen my name, been happy and walked out with my sandwich. Last time I return here!!!
