Got the meatball sandwich and it was disgusting. Rude customer service only thing that was good was the vitamin water
The lady ahead of me in the line was complaining to them I don't know what they were doing but it looks like you have one... employee that's new another one that's just super slow at what he does and you had about four people in line literally took over20 minutes to make three sandwiches not only that but I saw the new guy that ended up somehow on cashiering and he was using thesame gloves he was making food with then proceeded to try to make someone's tuna sandwich with only one scoop the other employeetold him for scoops and they both just laughed at each other I mean they were just very nonchalant with everything the speed ofservices horrible when I was finally helped I asked about your rap and the only thing that was offered was a corn tortillawrap... Ordered 2 6inch sandwich and a footlong tried to make them all into a meal deal for 2.90 because I saw the sign got to the... register and I was charged for chips and drink individual I told the lady at the register but the second lady told her tocharge it separately so I told the second lady I wanted what the sign said and she looked at the sign but then she told me shecan not give me that instead of fixing it before charging it she left it like that and by that time my husband was upset so hejust paid the amount I did say that was false advertising but the they act like they didn't hear me my husband told them thesame thing SMH that's bad business I never asked for my money back I just wanted them from the beginning to honor what theyadvised Read more
I wanted to give a shout out to Yvette. Great customer service and was very patient with my order. I didn't feel rushed to place... my order. She was wonderful. I ordered 4 subs and I loved my sub. It was perfect. So did my husband. Thank you for the wonderfulservice that was provided. I will be back but I want Yvette. They need to get that seating arranged because I couldn't dine in. Read more
