I PLACED MY ORDER ONLINE AND THEY SAID NEVER RECIVED SEND DETAILS TO OWNER OF THIS STORE GOT NO REPLY FOR 3 WEEKS NOW

Was doing work near this place and came to eat with my buddies from work. We had a great time and the food was excellent. I had... a steak and cheese and it was awesome. The sub was packed with ingredients. No lady serving us was not stingy with the toppings.Would definitely come back hear again. Went to get a sandwich. Everything was covered with the paper wrappers they use to wrap sandwich, when I asked for tomatoes and... she lifted paper tomatoes had black spots and seemed off color and like rotten. I asked if they had more she said no. Lettucewas turning brown, the banana peppers had a bad taste. After two bites I couldn't finish this. Horrible Read more
The woman who helped me was polite. However my sandwich was under-toasted TWICE. My original sandwich was cold. When I explained... to her that my sandwich was cold and that I am pregnant my deli meat has to be heated up properly she was very polite and mademe another one. I watched her the second time. She didn't allow my sandwich to heat up for the full amount of time. Once I satdown the bread was warm "Not toasted" the center my sandwich was cold. I just decided to eat what I could. We pulled in front of the store around 5:40p, and an employee talking on their cell phone locked the front door while looking at... our vehicle, locking then pulling the door to make sure it was locked. This location doesn't close till 10p... I'd advise themanager to terminate this lazy employee. Read more
