Had a bad experience with order, so I called spoke to manager Eduardo that was really pleasant apologized and told me that they... were going to replaced it with what ever I wanted, so I did getting the famoso bowl and was happy then. The food here is bs. The workers don't give af about quality. I received 4 tacos that were soggy on the bottom and stale... elsewhere. The wrappers stuck to my food and tore the soggy shell in half when I unwrapped them. You can tell that they had beenmade for hours and reheated. The Mexican pizza was just as bad. Not cut.. soggy.. just garbage. Read more

Taco shells where old and stale. You could open the taco with out the shell breaking. Not even crispy at all. Quick service but... the tacos were barely filled. Skimping on the food portions. What can you say. It?s Taco Bell on a Friday night. Read more

Kitchen looked very disorganized. Soda area was filthy. Guy eh called my order number asked if it was for here or to go.... Suggestion, read the order prompt. My table had crumbs on it. Table in front of me had not been cleaned and empty foodcontainers sitting on it. Most employees looked like they didn't want to be at work. Taco???? was cold. ???? (Burrito) waslukewarm. Seem to lack pride in work at this location. SUGGESTIONS: *Manager should introduce pride in work program and awardemployee of week or month something. Yes. self motivation is the goal but, encourage them and show you care. *Dinning roomneeds to be monitored during busy hours. Dirty tables reduce seating and not appetizing to look at while one eats. *Empty bagsan containers at entrance need to be picked up. *Sorry but, homeless people should not be allowed to loiter. Sure it's hotoutside and they are probably hungry but. they need to move on. Not good for business. I feel for those who are having a hardtime finding a job they can do but, the lazy ones irk me. Try and you get respect. Refuse to work and no sympathy. Sympathywon't motivate them. It's really sad. Pray they change. *Guy can out if kitchen and made a stab a cleaning dinning room. Leftprice of shredded cheese on one table. Napkin holder was not filled. *When an order was ready guy yells out order up. He mightwant to call out order number so patrons know if it's their order. My drive thru order wasn't correct when I arrived home. Mistakes happen so no problem. My grievance is that I have been... calling to ask if I can get my original order on my next visit but can't reach anyone via phone. There is no option online toreach out and message the store.
