I was either served very old food or the oil has not been changed in days. I ordered a Mexican pizza and a side chips and... cheese. The tortilla chips were stale and tasted horribly bitter. The tostada on the pizza was the same way. Had to throw itaway for fear of getting sick. Read more
This was the worst drive-through experience I?ve ever had. I got no spoon with my food. It took 30 minutes for two tacos and... mashed potatoes and the lady took 10 minutes to hand me my bag through the window. And there is no meat in my tacos. Read more
Lately they?ve actually been making their food fresh. I?ve never had a hot Crunchwrap and I didn?t know how good it was when it... was actually hot! This was the MOST pathetic, incompetent staff, I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing. Not only was the order wrong,... the disgustingly, arrogant staff and manager, did everything they could to make this my last for any kfc or taco bell. Theytook our order at 551pm. Told us to pull around and it would be out shortly. At 620pm, the order was still not ready. It waspulling teeth to get a refund. Okay, I normally don't like to review fast food places, but I was really impressed at how fast and friendly the employees were... at this location. Stormy the manager was incredibly nice at the window and ensured we would be taken care of quickly. Our orderwas accurate too, but this was honestly top notch service for such a large fast food chain! Read more
The food must have been sitting under heat lamps all day. Inside smells weird and feels sticky. Definitely wouldn't go back.
