Customer service excellent, quality of food poor. Ordered the Doritos party pack and I received 11 out of 12 tacos. When I tried... them I couldn't for the life of me identify if it was old oil or why the taste of the shell tasted bad but I called and was ableto return in the morning since it was late. The customer service was memorable because the kid said "have a wonderful night" andseemed genuine so I did appreciate that. This is the first negative experience I've had with them so don't judge the stars as anoverall experience rating. It just happened to be this one out of a handful of times I've gone to this location. Taco shells tasted like some sort of cleanser as if they were sprayed with lysol or something. I couldn't eat them and spat them... out. The potatoes were extremely dry as well. Customers service was non existent. Read more
Okay. I had to ask for Hot sauce. Young girl at window doesn't offer or ask. So she has to go to drive thru window after she... asks you to pull forward. What a waste of time if you ask me. Better training maybe or common sense. At least I got my ordercorrect. Read more
I went through the drive thru for lunch today and ordered a black bean Crunchwrap Supreme with no cheese and no sour cream. It... being a black bean one this means there is no meat in it as I am a vegan and don't eat meat or dairy products. The person overthe loudspeaker confirmed my order with me correctly and then I proceeded to the window. Another team member confirmed my orderwith me twice I guess because they were so distracted because it was so busy. However I made sure to confirm with them that Iordered black bean Crunchwrap Surpremes with no cheese and no sour cream. However when I got home and bit into the Crunchwrap itwas filled with beef!?! I checked the other one as I ordered two and sure enough it also and beef. This is highly disgusting asI do not eat meat and my order being checked multiple times should have ensured that I received the correct items! On top ofbeing charged for items I didn't order, I now don't even have lunch to eat. I'm so disgusted I won't be returning here again.It's such a shame because this location is also a KFC and I've had nothing but good experiences ordering from them! I order drive thru a mexican pizza combo. They asked me if I wanted the tacos soft or crispy, I said crispy. When I got home the... mexican pizza was cold and the crunchy part was gone. It looked like if it was served for a while and let it there. The tacos,they gave were soft tacos and I haven?t even mentioned that I had to wait about 30 minutes or more. I didn?t leave because Ithought the food was going to be freshly made and hot. Yeah, right. That was the least they gave me. Corporate needs to comevisit this place or read these reviews.
