My husband and I both got the Enchirito. It was great. Hope they keep it on the menu permanently.
We pulled up to an empty store which should have been our 1st clue. I tried to order a $5 box. The man was short and said "We... don't have that!".. I asked if they were out of boxes, he says "Ma'am, if you'll stop, I'll tell you what we have!" Both timeshe was short with me. He said the have a $5 basic... what's in it? It's in a bag! No, what comes in the bag? A 5 layer burritoand a taco.... we couldn't understand anything else he said because it sounded like he was mumbling. He says "is that what youwant?" I said no thank you, I'll try somewhere else because at this point he was being so rude, I wondered if he'd spit in ourfood. As we drove out, he opened the window to flip us off. No wonder the place was empty... what an attitude. Yeah, he wouldhave spit on our order. Do yourself a favor and just avoid it. Read more
Ordered 3 taco supremes and a drink. I've picked this ordered several times and each time was great. This last time, all tacos... were so soggy, that they split down the middle and all the contents fell out from the bottom. Then I remembered that fast foodplaces, make up orders ahead of time and fill them quickly. That's what I got for an inside meal Thanks! Read more
How hard is it to put sauce and a fork in a Togo bag? You ask me if I want it at the speaker, then get to work and no sauce or... spoon in the bag. Not that hard to do. Read more
There was a STAPLE in my taco bowl that I bit into! After stnding at the counter for 5 minuets being ignored we asked them to... make it again because I was scared of swallowing one. They never once said sorry or even seemed concerned about it, only told usto toss it out and just handed us another one without saying anything. They don't care about their customers health and safety! Read more
Only been here a few times but the customer service is so on point, i had to double check i didn't accidentally pull up to chic... fil a. Shout out to the employee's here!! The only taco bell im going to in the city. On top of that the potatoes for the spicypotato taco were actually cooked right weren't hard ugly and dry. ???????? Read more
Horrible customer service. Came 2 hours before closing, I ordered a Beef Chalupa with little to no condiments, lettuce and... tomatoes came with barely any cheese and it was a Flat Bread Black Bean Crunchwrap (wasn?t in the bag first go round) Rice andBean Burrito (they got that right) and Nacho Cheese Fries (cold fries with no cheese) all cold! Basically got the whole orderwrong. When I circled around to get the remainder of my order, there was no apology or any regards for their mistakes. We arecoming back up there first thing, to speak to the Manager and or General Manager because it seems like we aren?t the only onewith bad experiences.
