I don't know how this restaurant is during the day, but at night was different type of professionalism. I will explain, the only... true professional of that night was this tall young lady, and she's the reason I am giving 4 stars. This young lady was doingeverything alone, with 4 other guys there not helping her at all, out at their cars talking, and on the company phone, when sheneeded help, if you're a team be a team. It was after 11pm so it ain't no business conversation on the phone, on a saturday, nowif the establishmentwas closed with no customers waiting, I could understand, but that wasn't the case.. You lead by example,becauseyou never know who is watching you. Its unfortunate that everyone in leadership role isn't fit to lead, and if I can seethat, how many other customers can see that as well. Just tried to go through the drive thru 25mins b4 the restaurant closed according to Google Maps and their website. Some guy... just yelled, barley decipherably, "WE CLOSED! GO!" As I drove by the window 2 guys were sitting there laughing. So yeah,amazing customer service. ???? Read more
Locked the doors 9pm. Employee locking doors @ 8:45. They would rather see me sitting outside writing this review than allowing... me to be a customer. I am going to Taco Cabana now. Read more
The staff made me come in to pick up my online order even though I was in the drive through and there was nobody behind me. The... wrappers were torn, there were no napkins and the sauce I had in the order was omitted. Staff were also rude, when I confirmedmy order at pickup they just showed me the receipt with no dialog. Service was good but my order was wrong even after asking about it and having the guy read my order back to me. I was charged... for the add on but did not get it. Funny how the quality of service and food changes in the evening at a lot of fast foodrestaurants. Read more
Cashier was friendly but he needs to speak up a little. Service was lightening quick. Food was luke warm. Seems to be that way... frequently st Taco Bell. Store was not busy at all. It was very clean. Condiment; bar was well stocked with lids, napkins,strawsand all the variety of hot sauces. Would have been a 5 star rating if good was hotter. This is an independent Taco Bell. Likeit much better than the KFC/Taco Bell combo joints because those places care little about Taco Bell and focus heavily on KFC. Read more
