Even not interested in guving 1 star for this location. They always mess up my order with beef thought I customize clearly in... order with beans. With recent order the tacos they gave me are like dried and felt like crunchy. This is not first time and I amnot going to taco bell again. I am not sure if someone reading these reviews and trying to make it better or take some action. Read more

Was delicious ???? store was very clean employees where friendly the double steak grilled cheese burrito was awesome so where my... bean and cheese extra cheese extra red sauce only issue I had was my Mexican pizza was very sad but over all everything else wasspot on. Read more

Prime example of shrinkflation. Where you pay more and get less. Specifically asked three times for hot sauce packets. Did not... even get one. This kind of fast food does not taste the slightest good without hot sauce packets. Wasted time going there.Wasted money. Read more

got there at 8/19 at 11:50pm they close at 1am. We were in the drive thru and they asked us to wait until they were ready... (perfectly fine) waited 20 mins, asked them twice afterwards if anyone was there, no reply. We pulled forward no one in front ofus in line and saw multiple employees at least 4 standing all talking and laughing. Horrible customer service. Read more

I received the most pathetic service at this location. I ordered and paid for my food online. I indicated I would pick it up in... the drive through. Got in my car and drove there, sat in line and said I'm here to pick up an online order for Stephanie. Thecashier closed the window, looked for my order, couldn't find it (it was a taco/burrito combo with a drink). She opens up thewindow and tells me to pull over because my order isn't ready...so I pull over to the nearest parking space. A dozen cars comeand go so I'm getting frustrated. I pull around to the entrance, park, go inside. No one is at the front register, but lots ofpeople are working back in the kitchen fixing orders ( I counted at least 4). I stand there for another minute or two before thesame drive through window cashier comes to the front and asks what she can do for me...um, like, where is my online order?What's your name? STEPHANIE! You told me to pull over my food wasn't ready, you'd bring it out to me! "Here's your order" (itwas bagged up, sitting on the counter). I thought you were going to bring it out to me? "Well, were short handed" Really??? Youtell me to pull over and don't deliver my food to me when you say you will, because I pre ordered it and you haven't made it,then leave it sitting on a counter in the restaurant? "We are short handed" she repeats as she walks away... no apologies. Itook my food and left. Needless to say I was miffed. I didn't get my drink (it wasn't with my food on the counter and comes witha combo), my crispy taco was anything but crispy (it fell apart in its wrapper) and both the taco and burrito were cold coldcold. The worst service at any fast food place I have ever been to, bar none. I won't be back (I'm sure you're good with that. Iknow I am). Read more

So far my family and I haven't been disappointed from this location. They are usually pretty quick and for taco bell that's... saying a lot. The burritos are always really well made and the staff is pretty nice. Read more

Went to get food from inside at 8pm 10-28-21. Lobby looked a wreck. Ordered food on the kiosk and paid with card receipt to my... email. Got food after 20 minutes. Employee set the cup down and "drink for Logan" and walked off. Get my food and drive home.Wife went to eat her crunch wrap supreme and there was no meat. I paid extra for steak. Went back to the store and went in.Stood at the front counter for 20 minutes. Customers came and left while I waited. Whole time no one acknowledged me or othercustomers were there. Yes they saw us and said nothing. Get helped and tell the team leader they messed up the food and I wantedit made right. 5 minutes later another team leader comes forward to tell me they don't have steak and it would be a 30 minutewait. I said I wanted the food made as a regular crunch wrap and I wanted the managers name and a number to reach her. Employeewould not give me her name. He would not give me the store number or phone number. He did want to argue and tell me he knows howto do his job. Guess he just didn't want to do his job.... also wouldn't give me a refund because he couldn't pull up pastorders. He sets the food down says remake and walks off. So I get to eat all my food cold due to their mistakes and poorcustomer service. I guess when you work for a multi-million dollar company it doesn't matter how you make the food, how youtreat customers, and that you don't take any pride in your work. Read more
