Idk who was on the line around 10 o clock tonight but I had probably one of the best experiences at a Taco bell. Person on the... intercom was polite and the food was perfect. Kind of shook lol. Will definitely frequent this one! Read more

I called the store due to incorrect cold food and crunchy taco was in small pieces but it says theyre not available and to leave... a voice mail. Worse experience. I wanted something simple... Supreme chalupas with a crunchy taco. They offered the Chipotlechalupas meal I said ok. Then they offer the no. 6 with beef instead of chicken i said okay to that too... then asked me 10xwith beef instead of chicken. How are u going to offer/suggest me something and then ask me 10x and still gave me the wrongfood!? Wth! They have me chicken chalupas without sauce and the taco was crunched up in pieces. How can they serve it likethat....For $20 never again. Idk even know why it came out so expensive. A box of tacos is cheaper. I don't recommend it hereanymore! ITS GONE DOWN! They've messed up my order everytime I've went. I don't know what to say when I'm the only order there and we didn't even get... items that we ordered and asked for no sauce on a potato soft taco and still got sauce. Like you could have taken your time itwas 6 items. Read more

We just went and got the taco pack and it was disgusting. How do you give me a burrito with no meat, no nacho cheese, no sour... cream, no nothing. It was so gross I spit the food out and threw the rest away all of the burritos you can see I didn?t evenopen them. What a waste of my money. The only thing edible were the crunchy tacos but they too only had lettuce and cheese anda tiny tiny bit of meat. I don?t think I?ll ever go back. Please do better. Mike answered the phone when I called the location, letting him know I had just arrived home with my order to find that my tacos... were not made as Supremes. I was also bit by a cat at my job where I'm a veterinary technician this afternoon so my hand isswollen and I can barely move it, something the cashier actually asked me about at the drive-up window, but the management atthis location wanted me to drive back up there so they could replace my order. An order that was made when there was nobody elsein line, an order that shouldn't have been fudged up in the first place. If they had any decency they would do their jobs rightthe first time. After spending 15 years myself in the service industry as a server and bartender I know all too well that theirjob is not hard. Customer service may not be easy because customers are not always easy but as you can clearly see from myreceipt this was a very "easy" order. The audacity to ask me to drive back up there after I've just informed you I just arrivedhome after you asked me at the window what was wrong with my hand and I told you how much pain I had been in and you still thinkI want to drive back up there to have you replace an order that you and your team should not have messed up in the first place. Had given this location five stars at the beginning of this year, however, they have gone downhill since then (at least as far... as night time goes). My most recent visit was on a Saturday night at 11:43 pm. I was told at the drive-thru that they closed. Isaid "aren't you open until midnight?" After a brief silence, he responded that "they had run out of food"... I am notparaphrasing or exaggerating, this was his response.As I posted in the pictures, all the exterior lights were still on includingdrive-thru board and overhead light. There was two cars in the drivethru (one seen in photo, other had just pulled off) & atleast one vehicle making pick up. This is unacceptable service and making up an absurd lie just added insult to this. I countednine vehicles attempting to go through drive-thru In the remaining 16 minutes after me (11:44-12am). I have no doubt each ofthem was disappointed as they were turned away from restaurant that should have still been open! Read more
