Absolutely the most disgusting ?customer service? I have ever dealt with in my entire life. The manager needs to be fired to be... completely honest as he was disrespectful and rude. Yelling at customers is never okay especially when they are confused andjust trying to get what they asked for. The managers employees had to apologize for his actions and stated he was just in a badmood. The incident was so extreme I have already spoke to corporate and file a formal complaint. The restaurant was nearly empty and I still had to wait over 15 minutes for food. Asked for the status and the dude in the back... curtly stated "if you're waiting on food it's going to be awhile" I asked for a refund and caught attitude for that as well. Taco bell has doesn't the last 10 years going downhill. This store has been my neighborhood store since 2012, and it's been... notoriously bad. This visit, I noticed a cheery and articulate voice on the drive thru. She patiently walked me through theorder, offering corrections for better values. When I got to the window, the lady at this station was also professional, and Ipromptly received my food. Having previously spoke to the manager several times, I noticed the new manager. He's obviously morehands on, and had done a great job motivating and training these new employees. Great employees are a reflection of management,as are bad employees. Read more

Went to this Taco Bell today, ordered a #1 three taco Supremes and drink. When i finally got to window 10 minutes later. The... girl took my debit card and charged me $8.32. Gave back card and began talking about Marijuana. How Texas should legalize it.Then she asked me what ordered. The order was wrong. By now i had received my drink, a Dr. Pepper. So if wanted what ioriginally ordered i would have to pay more. Then the manager came (thug) and said i would have to come inside to fix theirscrew-up. I said i didn't have time, i had to be at work in 5 minutes. He then took my drink away and i left. WITHOUT MY MONEYRETURNED AND NO FOOD. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. It is ran by criminals.
