Although a great meal, this location wasn't as pleasant as I am used to. The staff was quick to tell my daughter the mobile... orders are on the shelf like that's the norm. Lobby is closed and drive thru is so busy at night. Went around 10pm and took almost 40 minutes to get to the window. The... portions they serve are really small and meat just taste bland. Was disappointed. I went to the web site and saw that they had a brisket plate and peach empanades. When I got there I found out... they had neither. So I ordered the chicken torta. The total came out to $8.21. I gave the cashier a 10.00 bill and the .21 centsfor some reason this confused him. He gave me back $1.00. I told him he owed me another dollar. I ordered the chicken torta forthe first and last time. The beans they put on it over powdered the chicken. Very disappointed. Read more
Leonor had the best customer service I have ever experienced in San Antonio. A mistake was made on my order and from the the... time we walked in the door our new order was ready and she apologized and explained everything very well. I told her that thisis out favorite place to eat and even more so now with how she handled the situation.
